That's the power of these Saiyans'. Rage is the reason how the Saiyans reach great forms. Goku, Vegeta, Broly (Both Cannon and Non-Cannon), Gohan, Trunks, Bardock (Non-Cannon), Kale and even Cabba. All these Saiyans reached a new level because of rage. Even Goku Black notices that during Vegeta and Black's Battle. Also their power increases when they are beaten close to death and recover. Their power increases immensely.
