Pretty sure him and PUR Trunks never came back on a normal banner, got him 14* myself but i know a bunch of people who don't even own him and want him. Almost 1.5 year old unit btw they need to do something about it Mega Rising units take so long to come back and if they do come back it's on their own original banner they just rerun like Ginyu Force recently.

This character was my savior when he dropped. It beat so many people to sleep with his insane green card combos

Honestly, I think all he needs are modern Multipliers. Kit wise he's fine for now

The thing about these new mega rising banners is that they don't bring them back on normal banners ,you either try to pull them on mega rising return (will never happen lol) or get lucky and pull them on the yearly LL guaranteed banner that has every unit in the game on it, then z power him up.

In my opinion, you can't efficiently use this Red Transforming Cell without having another Cell like the new-ish Purple LF Cell along with the 2 Cell Saga Characters co-op equip. Wouldn't think he could synergize the best with anyone else without another Cell.

for beam blues, you always have two tick for action (greens, main switch is one tick) after strikes or blast cards

Evil Buu is the MVP of the first match, that guy is amazing, i have a 11 stars and he so dxmn strong without Zenkai bench (I have not for him for now XD)

That's was weird you should never lead with ultra ui you start a combo with a different player when that player is 50 percent less health send ui and probably that player unit it's practically finished unless color advantage or has a revive

that purple cell is still the most baffling legends limited they’ve ever released, imo. his LF is just a long kamehameha, his animations are boring, and like sure he blows up when he dies - but sparking magenta and sparking tapion did that too. like. he feels like a 1% sparking. plus why did they feel like 2 legends limited cells needed to be purple??? actual headassery.
