Yes only because when ssi4 Gogeta dropped the devs knew he was to underwhelming so they released ssj4 gogeta unique equipment I believe within 2 weeks of him being out Meanwhile the prince of no one super vegeta doesn’t have his unique equipment yet and he’s what like 3 months old
