I personally think this version is actually better than the original in many ways. The use of more digital blips instead of the original's guitar riffs at 0:00 - 0:24 gives the theme a more otherworldly feeling, signaling that Goku has reached a level beyond his "earthly limit", so to speak. The brass instrument-like notes at 0:36 - 0:48 are completely absent from the original, but makes it more reminiscent of the Ultra Instinct theme from the DBS anime, and overall gives this version a much bigger impact to hammer in Goku's overwhelming power. 2:07 - 2:24 also adds in violin-like high-notes in the background to give the climax of the song more urgency, forewarning that Goku is about to finish his outclassed opponent off. (This comment was written by a guy with zero experience in music writing, please excuse the amateur descriptions.)

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to music is when the best part of the song is really short, during the first minute or so, and not repeated again. This is why this cover is one of my favorites, as even the creator knew that the part where the opening riff is played on horns instead of guitars slaps, and they played it an extra time when the song loops
