1:15 - Medium autocombo. 1:20 - A counter, looks similar to Cooler's counter in function since Goku isn't stunned until the move itself connects. 1:22 - Grounded level 1. 1:25 - A hitgrab that seems to have some invulnerability. Probably good against stagger pressure. 1:26 - Third hit of light autocombo. 1:28 - First two hits of light autocombo, then another special command grab. 1:31 - Level 3. Looks kind of like a mix between DBZ Broly and Hit - lots of command grabs and counters. Armored power hitter with some counters. Videl 2:09 - A rekka. Looks like Android 17's. Cinematic 2H or maybe specific to the rekka? 2:13 - Aerial autocombo and vanish. 2:15 - Light autocombo 2:19 - Invulnerable level 1? Cinematic counter? A mix of both? Don't know about this one. 2:35 - Various examples of Great Saiyaman assist call. 2:38 - OTG Reversal super, kind of like Freeza's. 2:42 - Level 3 Looks like 17 with less mix but a better neutral due to assist call. The assist call is a bit slower looking but covers a larger area with single, bit hitboxes. It's a bit funny how people complain about Jiren getting in and while I can understand that I mean why wouldn't he get in? He's the big antagonist of the tournament of power. We'll probably see Broly(Super one) and Kefla at some point too. I think it's a little cute how part of Videl's kit is literally that Gohan comes in to help his girl out.

Darth Distortion I actually think Jiren looks better than he does in the anime here. It's just that Videl has more expressive animations and lines and has been around for so long it just adds nostalgia complete with adorable Gohan assists. I mean, at least that's why I like it

Ofc, Jiren is a generic character. DBS is just saying that he is the stronger fighter in all universe and that's all, he has no fucking story, he is just strong, he doesn't have a good reason to fight and be that strong, moreove he got a shit personnality. I mean nobody can really accept that and think he is cool he is just a place holder without background... Even Videl is far better introduced in the story than him and the fact that she isn't really strong at all, at least it makes her funny and they got the wisdom to takes that in consideration in that game by putting the great saiyaman with her.

I am just starting to get into Dragon Ball, and funny enough the first few parts I watched was in fact the part with Sayoman and Videl meeting. Pretty cool to see.

Is it bad that I REALLY want Raditz in the game? Despite only being in a few episodes he has some really flashy moves and you could add a hand full of dramatic finishers and intros for him.

I'm just happy Jiren says "owari da" That's literally the only thing I needed out of his addition to the game. In fact my entire wishlist was Jiren, Gogeta, and Super Broly. And I got all of those things confirmed already. Consider my season pass purchased.

YES Now finally my all time mains in DBZ games are Videl, Bardock and El Gohan

The one thing I miss from the older games, aside from the power-ups, is the ability to pick different versions/costumes of a character.

I think that for videls specials you need to forcefully get hit. That or its a counter like special. You use it then it does nothing and you get hit then gohan appears. Its kind of cute really. Cause gohan said I'll protect you. So that might be the case with videl

@@TheBnc2503 I takes time to develop a good amount of these characters, most of them are well done. This second wave probably took a while to develop as well. It's time v money ( you want to wait for the deluxe pack and have all characters two years afterwards or just pay to get them as they finish development. It's something you have to accept in Fighting games, otherwise you'll make yourself annoyed and not able to truly enjoy the game. ( You really don't need the new characters)

Looking forward to seeing Videl in action! She was one of my favorite human fighters in the later seasons and it's so cool to see her coming into the game, she and Gohan are couple goals, low key

These new characters and DLC are awesome I just wish they had a full game with all those DLC already included. PS I wonder why Videl quit fighting I know she had Pan but she could still train you know.

Yeah Videl and Jiren and I also see that Broly (DBS) and (SSGSS) Gojeta are going to be new characters for Dragon Ball FighterZ

In all honesty, Jiren's auto combo finisher really should have been his Level 3.

True. That move is supposed to be a finisher and it doesn't feel natural that he does a superdash after turning his back as if he was done with the fight

just think of it like cooler's autocombo in a sense

@@Outrage_MK2 They're entirely different though... Cooler's auto combo is fine and doesn't look out of place unlike Jiren's. This is due to Jiren turning his back the opponent and literally saying, "It's over". Cooler's auto combo finish is more like Vegeta's and Frieza's auto combo finishers. Hell even Rooflemonger and UnderDawg are disappointed that Jiren's auto combo finish isn't his level 3.

Videl est plus impressionnante que jiren srx

Can't say I expected Videl. That's pretty neat making her a battle couple with Gohan. Shame the power gap between them is way too vast in the show for that to actually be a thing, though.

So, I'm going to guess that we might be able to change Great Saiyanman's head gear? I really want to have him with his traditional helmet.
