For those who dont know the person who wrote dragon ball, Akira Toriyama sadly passed away. He has made countless children and adults lives better with his work. I still remember times playing budokai with my brothers or drawing in his style my own characters in super saiyan forms. I remember the idea of working out to get strong like goku or throwing out at kamehameha at will. All this to say he has changed countless lives and im glad i made something like this to honor him in some way. May he rest in peace and lets all continue to support his incredible work to honor his memory.

Even if it is non-canon, GT has a special place in my heart and I can't help viewing it as the series' final ending, especially when I hear this theme.

When I constantly see people trying to throw the "non-canon" card against GT all I can really think is "who cares?" I see it so much I honestly don't give a damn what is or isn't "canon" in this franchise anymore.

srsly. even though it's a gt song, hearing it play during the ending while events throughout Goku's whole life flashed by made it feel like a theme for the Dragon Ball series as a whole. as much as i like Super...man gt's ending made me feel a way very few things do.

This music makes me feel something that I never have in my life and it's just incredible like stuff like this can bring everyone together it's kind of incredible how dragon Ball can actually do that.

Honestly conceptually parts of GT are well done far more then DBS which is a obvious merch grab especially with how little they aged any of the characters compared to GT. Bringing back the Tuffle plot point from King Kai as well as making a negative aspect to abusing the Dragonballs are far superior to just new strong man that is somehow the strongest/time stop mechanics that aren't even consistent, a goat that is just super powerful and then now wishing i wuz thu stronggesst! Like 13 year olds who first watched DBZ might think of. The issues lie in the fact most of GT besides some of Baby/OmegaShin/SS4 designs were pretty bad and some that weren't bad were poorly executed. But id still say GT is better then Super any day of the week for its high notes not counting the Broly movie if we count it.

@@edwardedward842 I think they’re both bad so I don’t really see a need to compare. I will say I’d rather rewatch Super as it just has better moments and more thrilling fighting than GT. But GT has some better concepts like Baby and the Shadow Dragons, the ost is my favorite in Dragon Ball, and SSJ4 is my second favorite DBZ form. But I think GT is far more boring, with even more pacing issues than Super. Although the art is more consistent but reused more. And I think the DBS manga is better than both

A god who’s disgusted by recent mortals disrespect in essential trying to mimic/surpass their power. A goat wizard captured by A patrol of space police men, that have existed for thousands of years with helped the past kais Even granolah with wishing to be the strongest has just as much connection to the saiyans as baby did The only villain that truly sucked was frieza cause he just didn’t fit, but the same could be said for super 17 in gt

The tuffles home world was the original planet vegeta destroyed by the sayains until they found a new one. So if that isn’t enough to exact revenge other than wow frieza sent the sayains to destroy my homeworld so I say destroy the sayains bullshit. If that’s the case why doesn’t granola go after frieza himself? Also Moro compared to the shadow dragon saga is a complete mess. Berrus is the only good thing to come from super. The Zamasu arc had the potential to be the best saga hands down and the ending fucked it up. And should we even discuss the dragged out shit that is the tournament of snoring.

So they just announced android 21 ( lab coat ). If more dlc drops you already know I'm making another edit like this

To me this video just feels like a tribute to how far dragon ball has come

This video just reminds me of the first time seeing the game. My jaw dropped to floor seeing that we would FINALLY get a traditional 2D fighter as the last (official) one we ever get was like what.... that one game on the PS2? I didn't want another xenoverse, burst limit, or some other watered down 2D/3D fighter. To see my wish get granted left me speechless that day.

I was the exact same, I always wanted another budokai or BT3 remaster. But this game blew anything I wanted in a fighter out the water. Great visual presentation, fun combos and tons of references from manga panels, movies, promo art and the anime. They nailed all the style with it and showed it such passion for years after, that's why it's probably my favourite game of all time and definitely the best fighter out.

God this song makes me so damn nostalgic. GT was one of my fave dragon ball arcs,no matter if it isn’t cannon.Literal chills when I hear this song man,great video

One of my favorite things about GT is that it has all the original voice actors.

I like yours better for two reasons, yours is shorter and has an incredible edition and also because you added all the characters, my video is much longer and only has from the small goku saga to GT

I think it would be cool if at the climax ssj Goku and Vegeta had a brief in game clash battle like in guilty gear xrd’s trailer and ends with an edit to have their level three’s about to clash
