I wish they animated the Granolah and Moro arc. Since Akira was the godfather of Mangaka, it makes sense for there to be absolutely no excuse for them to not go all out for him after his passing to deliver something amazing. DBS animation was horrendous. They gotta change that issue.

I think daima takes place at the same time of the battle of gods and is supposed to represent a "different start" to dbs, just like how the garlic junior movie was a movie depicting a different start to super

There has been a lot of inconsistencies thanks to the series finale of DBZ. For start GT, the series that Toriyama had nothing to do with took place and aligned with the series finale of DBZ. And then Super came along and started it's series off with a very short time skip that completely over-layed GT's Story line.At the end of DBZ, Trunks, Goten and Maron were about 17,16 and 12. In GT, they all were adults. In Super they were about 10,9 and 4. Some argued that Maron was 9 at the beginning of Super, but it was argued that there was a 3-4 year time skip. In a way, I always considered GT a story that happened in a parallel dimension using the same characters. I mean, there was no sign of coming close to accessing SS4 in Super and like-wise with God powers in GT. In fact, so much time has passed in GT that should make you ask, where the hell is Beerus. Now we have Daima. Lets not think too hard in it like how I picked apart DBZ, GT and Super. Lets just enjoy the extended lifeline Toriyama gave to the franchise. This was practically the last thing he gave to us!

Beerus becoming more irritable with the saiyans powers, or freizas growing interest with the dragon balls mixed with namekians confirmed to have scattered to all corners of universe and the cerellian arc dragon balls, means that a wish could be made so beerus never wakes to meet goku, or that something at zeno level rewrites history to prevent a mortal from reaching God status. Either could enable end of z without God power and the linking of gt. Beast Gohan could happen regardless, so golden or black freiza would need rewritten. As for broly, sad.

Goten and Trunks becoming babies points to the timeline being closer to after the Buu saga since they were 17 and 18 at the end of Z..logically they would have reverted to their child selves like the other adults not their infant selves..them being babies only makes sense if they are already kids before everyone is de aged.

It's already been proven it happens before the Super series, it takes place of GT. Remember, Super takes place before the end of Z timeline.

My theory is that Daima is a different timeline that happens after the Boo saga but before BoG... (maybe it happens after BoG, but I think goku's clothes having a "skirt" is to signify a different goku/timeline) But I would need to see Daima first to be sure.

Can you continue the vegeta and goku Swap fights series But move on to the Manga and movies.

Diama, GT, and Super is most likely going to be their own timelines without having a set timeline after the end of Z. You gotta think, Dragon Ball wasn't made for story telling rather it was just made to be cool (Buu saga shows this off pretty well), Toriyama was pretty much winging the story completely during Z.

@@Soul_White247 Dude, Akira had little involvement with Super. He wrote main plot points and drew up some character art, the rest was left to Toyo to fill in the gaps. Half of Super isn't even cannon because it loosely follows the manga. Akira said that he gave GT the thumbs up and drew some art for GT as well. Akira has never listed anything as being "cannon", with how much work he put into Diama, Diama should be the "cannon" if that's how you wanna look at it lmfao.

@@SpinTheeOp yes akira been said last year eoz is year 784 and currently in manga the last chapter of the super hero arc been released weeks ago its year 783 akira said till the last 2 arcs is done then its end of Z and it will start production of animation so super hero is finished so now 1 more arc left the black frieza war i believe

I'm hoping this will be a new canonized version of gt. I loved gt. It is in my top 3.
