I ve read the manga panel I think Kizaru gave Because when luffy was eating food Saturn commanded to stop him from eating and the very next panel we could see Kizaru moving up but also keeping his head little towards luffy

I have theory on devil fruits . - devil fruit contains information of certain elements . - when a user eats it they becomes active in users body giving all the power regarding that element . - they have a pogramme in cellualr level . - they need command from users body to be activated . - when devil fruit are awakens there info overwrite users info , so user lost control of it's fruit. - if user have more info about his fruit then he will gain concius and use it's power . - but if it fails then user became unable to stay himself . - devil fruits are artificial pogramming that's why haki which considered to be spiritual energy can neutralize it. - so that sea water due to a massive natural force like haki . - one can't eat two devil fruit cause it's hard to maintain large information symontaniously, so user dies. - blackbeard knows it and uses it as it regards to be and can consume more devil fruit . - so he extracts the data hidden in previous users body and stores in his own . - luffys devil fruit contains more data than others , due to sun is being source of life , luffy has the power ro rewrite other users data also some other paramecia. - so as much a user imagines him considered tohis data to be he can gain as much power from his fruit. - it's called devil fruit cause it's hard to maintain data of these fruits and due to world government all original scientific data regarding devil fruits are lost. I don't know my theory totally correct or not , but as much current story progressed i am predicting this . - 🎉
