Dragnet is great fun to watch.
Sappy, yes, but Joe Friday (Jack Webb) didn't give a sand flea's *ss about thugs and murderers. Bill Gannon (Harry Morgan) went on to play Colonel Potter in M.A.S.H. and did a great job. R.I.P. to both.
