Good to see big head Doc getting his shit together

I went on Saturday, met Ryan, Chuck, Doc & Jeff. Let me tell you they were some of the nicest guy's.

I was their on this night. All and all it was a pretty good night of racing, we left after the grudge race because the kids were getting cold. I was happy I got to see the street outlaws drag race so close to home. It was a good night.

Awesome that you were there too! It was cold, but as I watch a replay of my video you really don't get a hint of how cold it was. I guess that crazy wind didn't help much at all either. Thanks for watching! TomEighty

These cars are really fast maybe the nhra should make a no prep class , that would send shockwaves throughout the drag racing world. But think these guys are more exciting than the entire nhra pro stock class.

Jeff Luttz car is the bomb man. Kinda old school meets new. Lookin fine with those LED lights. I mean over here in the UK we don't have any american muscle cars, it's all Evo's, Scoobies and Skylines with 1000bhp+

Grew up watching my Dad race there. Till Mom got sick of living on beans...lol Seen all the Big names there. Stands used to be packed every weekend.

Another awesome video, just wondered who are the people who stand next to the cars when they set of ? Mechanics or fans cheers

Thank you. And great question, those people are part of the crew that goes with the driver to the races. So they are mechanics and also racers themselves usually (but not racing that day). They help out with the burnout and make sure as they back up that they stay in the "hot" grove that the burnout just left. It acts like velcro when they launch if they are in that track.

One other thing to add is that the group of people behind the cars racing are fans that actually paid a premium price to watch the race up and close. That's not for me, it is a horrible area to take video and also when something explodes on the car during a burnout or a launch sometimes parts fly off the cars and can bounce in the direction where those people are. Not for me :)

Hey Jeff, Thanks for watching and the nice comment. Yes I talk to most all of the drivers, they are very cool guys and easy to approach. Some of them have complimented me on the videos I have shot and asked for some custom videos to be made. I really enjoy doing it, dream job! TomEighty

I don't think there's to many people who can beat the Fireball Camaro, Chief sure as hell can't beat him. Maybe that's why we don't see him or the Murder Nova at any of these races.

I guess since reaper put the race on he was able to run his pro mod with the back half cars that's bullshit

Love megaladon but if others run with a hood,he needs to also. Plus he'll have less drag

Yeah that is kind of weird, I know he has a hood now that fits around the supercharger piping. Not sure why he isn't using it, I should ask him the next time I see him. TomEighty

The reason Doc beat Chuck is because Chuck let him. He had never seen he back of Doc’s car.

What's with sound, in & out, in & out, then in the pits, sound is great, let's do a little better if we could Please& Thank-You! PS Sound really goes with Drag Racing!

Hey James, thanks for watching. I will have to listen to the sound again but it probably had to do with a big wind storm they had going on there. It was gusting up to 40mph winds an hour before they started racing. And it was pretty cold up in the bleachers too! ha ha. TomEighty

Thanks Bill. I was happy with the show for $20 admission and easy access to the drivers to chat with them. Can't wait till the next race. TomEighty

I dont like the guy but good to see Doc getting his shit together. And looks like Ryan is on fire. Him and Birdman look a level up from the rest. I wonder if thats why Chief and Shawn are staying out of things lately?

Chewing Tooons I think Chief and Shawn are reaching a point where they are known for their image instead of their performance. Justin Shearer is a good business man and has the ability to get people to want to help him. Shawn has been a successful business man too. Honestly when you think about Chief and Shawn and of course Asian and Farmtruck (though I can’t stand those guys) carried this show for 3 seasons.

Jeff’s car is beautiful but not aerodynamically designed I don’t believe he’ll be on the top of the list or any list anytime soon any car that is designed with wind in mind will definitely be faster his car is a brick wall for wind which the wind gives no mercy too. Birdman wins a lot of races because the wind goes right over his car. Just saying my opinion

Bottom line is that the top cars on street out laws are street raced pro mods
