I would’ve kept Arantxa solely because she comes from a non Ru judged season, she would get more out of the exposure than Choriza will.

The thing with LGD is how she performed THIS song. In Europe, Cascada is a classic of classics and is usually played at raves, where DJs play it. It was a tribute to the song, that's why she really deserved this win. Yes, Keta did give a great performance, but LGD made it meaningful :D

You made an excellent point there. We know LGD could have done a straightforward lip sync like last week if she wanted to but she knows the main audience of DR UK (Brits and Europeans) would expect some winks at the audience for that particular song and she delivered. It was actually very smart of her. It is not like all her lip syncs are camp like this (I have seen her live and trust me her lip syncs are FIERCE) she chose camp particularly for this one and it was 100% the right choice.

this season of girls is much better than the first season simply because of the variety of queens from the world

I'm so sad to see Arantxa go 😂😭. With all her 'questionable style', she brought me joy just by being there and being herself

imo La Grande Dame gave me everything I needed in this episode(looks and lipsync) apart from who she sent home tbh. I like Choriza but I think Arantxa would have been more interesting to keep in the game and see her comedy chops with these other queens, plus we need to break up that UK alliance🫢i’m happy that Gothy has been able to showcase more as well, i’m glad the girls gave her the opportunity!!

Tia's Runway made me cry so much, she did such a good job i'm so proud of her 🥺❤️

Keta and LGD ate this episode UPPP, them + Marina better be in the top4!

This is such a better group than the first group in my opinion. Keta, Marina, LGD, Tia, Scarlet, Hannah Conda so many heavy hitters when it cones to fashion, comedy and charisma

One thing about Arantxa is she knows her pop culture references. Paying homage to David Bowie and Mean Girls?? I lived!

Love your reaction as always ❤ YES! This group is way better than season 1. Personally, I was actually really proud of LGD. it was smart. She had no chances whatsoever to out-dance Keta. Firstly LGD is the size of a building and Keta is like a super gymnast 😂 . LGD do not have the dancing skills of Keta so she had two choices, to try to outdo Keta on a technical level and to be sure to fail miserably 😂 or use her strength to her advantages and give us face and humor and she chose the best option for her. She would have gone the other way she would have failed. After that sort of humor is not for everybody but personally I am living for a tall beautiful girl not taking herself seriously. As someone who knew LGD before DRF I felt she restrained herself in her season wish made her being out shined by Paloma and this time she is giving it all and she do not care what other people think as you said she is now like I’m here bitch haha . I am still rooting for Marina for obvious reason and for LGD for my top 2 but would be happy with Tia winning as well. This season is awesome.

Even though she had to go home I'm really happy with Arantxa participation. I was worried she would be out of place competing with so many more famous queens but she really pulled it off! Always funny and lovely as soon as she entered the main stage in the first day and I hope more people go follow her work!

It's impressive she got on a uk vs the world from a not as popular franchise before allstars

I know it's only 2 episodes in but I'm preferring this season to the first one.

I gotta say that as much as I enjoyed the cast overall from UKvsTW1, I thought the chemistry was pretty rough. This cast vibes much better, AND, it has some actual favorites in Tia Kofi and La Grande Dame, along with others I really like.

LGD might actually be insane 😂 but I love it. Marina's 3rd look was sublime. LGD's second look gives me chills. Sad to see Arantxa go, love her voice and laugh

18:40 Dugong is a type of Shokoy. Like an ugly mermaid/merman. Marina Summers is referencing a character named Dugong, from a Filipino-fantasy series titled "Marina".

i was absolutely shocked that marina wasn’t top 2. that dress was everything

i think the second look is what cost marina the top 2 spot.

Tia definitely improved the glow up is real and I loved all her looks. Hannah somehow evading being in the bttm two was wild and choriza should’ve gone home like chop the UK queens alliance. I agreed with the top 2 but the look LGD made was just okay at best.

Choriza and Aranxta were deserved bottoms. Hannah was rightfully low but her first 2 looks trumped anything the bottom 2 made by a long shot.

Second eliminación and second UK Queen saved, hope it doesn't bite them in the ass later.

I think it is a question of taste. If you love technical dance moves you would feel Keta did better but if you love random and campy you would be more for LGD. There is no right or wrong, just personal taste as to what you are looking for in your lip sync. I personally found LGD more entertaining, I laughed a lot at LGD miming and the faces she gave us while Keta felt very familiar to me. Also let’s be honest this is a silly song , very catchy but silly and I felt adding humour to it was the right call.

Looking stupid in an unrelated lip sync has also become common. I prefer something generic but serious and not that stupidity

I personally would’ve eliminated Choriza since there’s 4 uk queens and only 1 España queen. But if we’re thinking strategically as well, Choriza has won a challenge before and Arantxa.. did bad on España lol

i bought luv the bottom 2 queens bring back ARANTXA she makes me happy and laugh fromt he beginning til end.. this queen is so optimistic...😥😥😥

I wasn't mad about the TOP 2, the looks was great but the 3rd LOOK was supposed to be a BALL GOWN, A BALL GOWN. Now was Keita's or LGD a BALL GOWN, absolutely NOT, does it look good, absolutely fucking yes. Are we going to stick on what was the challenge was looking for, YES OF COURSE. Yes the name of the challenge is RAGS to RICHES but they emphasized the word make a BALL GOWN. But all in all, great episode, not the TOP 2 I was wishing for but I was not that mad at it.

I have to agree, this is a better cast than season 1 of UK vs The World

I didn't really like either of their lipsync styles imo but I think LGD won because she made Ru laugh, if you make her laugh from being silly you can get away with a lot lol

LGD won the lip sync easily for me. That song is too fast to be anything but camp and LGD played it perfectly, which just made how seriously Keta performed it seem more out of place. Also it looked like Keta started to sing the wrong word at least twice. Love them both though!

I don't think LGD's lip sync was foolishness as you said. That song is so emblematic of a certain scene and era, and LGD just chose to campily depict the scene rather than interpret the song literally. Very observant and witty, I'd say. :)

I definitely don't think jonbers is needy anymore her looks have been really good this season imo, especially the flame one this episode

Hannahs first 2 looks were amazing. Her third look was just ok and thats why she was low. Choriza has 2 bad looks and 1 good look. Arantxa had no good looks. So the bottom 2 makes sense.

Maybe unpopular opinion but I feel like it should have been hanaconda in the bottom with Arantxa

So sad to see Arantxa go. I love her attitude and she seems to be in a great headspace. Plus her confessionals were so funny. I wouldn't be surprised if we see her again in another iteration of the show. Jombers was PLUCKED. lol Also, I have a bone to pick with him. How was that look Quentin Crisp??? Crisp is my favorite queer icon/writer and this does not resemple him at ALL. Chop.

Scarlett’s first look was horrible and her second was just okay. Her final look was good but not enough for her to win the whole challenge.

Imo keta won the ls, scarlet shouldve been in the top and hannah shouldve been btm2 over choriza but overall i loved this ep
