Katya herself has said multiple times that she didn't even bother learning the lyrics for the lip syncs because she didn't want to win any of them. She hated the format and didn't want to eliminate anyone. The producers knew that as well and that's why she never won any. It has nothing to do with Roxxxy. Why would the producers even want Roxxxy in the finale? lol

​@@4kupscale i think that her strategy was to stay away of the rolaskatox thing, because you know.... detox and alaska were doing very well, and in the end, detox showed that they friendship matters the most. so i think it was her strategy to stay way of that drama. because if she win a lipsync (even if we would consider it luck today) she would be fair and sent roxxxy home. at least that's how i read the situation nowdays.

We're missing my favorite parts of Alaska's temper tantrum. "I'll give you $10,000 if you let me stay" And, of course, the sociopath of the century: "...party."

Shangela was living her Game of Thrones fantasy and then got smacked in the face with her very own Red Wedding. And while that is wonderful and ironic, it’s not satisfying in the format of a show like RPDR which presents itself as a primarily skill-based competition. I wish the queens had been told from the beginning about the jury so they could’ve played accordingly. If they had been told, and Shangela did everything the exact same, then I’d say that she just played the social game poorly, but the issue is that she was unaware of that aspect of the competition.

What hurts the most in Alyssa's elimination is when Detox' sister apologized to Alyssa's sister. Like Detox' sister was really sad for her

Chi Chi got Patti. All of them in theory would've been great. It's just that Ben and Shangela were the funniest, and Ru loves to laugh.

Watching Alyssa go was so sad and felt so so unfair. But she handled it with so much class that you can only love and respect her.

I think she knew that she was being set up to win. She wanted to turn the tables, and I don't honestly think it was all to give the other queens another shot at winning so much as to give herself some space and room to breathe. In all cases, she CRUSHED her season of RPDR/AS. So it was a wise move, because it took all of her energy and drive. Sending herself home was her saying, "I see you, and I know what you're doing. I don't play games; I WIN them." You can see as much when she walked to the back of the stage and said, "Thanks for letting me be MY KIND of winner."

I mean, that's my biggest disappointment in All Stars seasons. That some of the best performers don't make it to the finale because they are different and not conformist popular girls in the workroom. The most heartbreaking was Alyssa's elimination for me, because even Detox knew that it wasn't the right choice. But the most memorable to me is DeLa : she was my winner on AS3, and she still is : she won against RuPaul, by finishing on her own terms.

I will never forget Alyssa Edwards' and Manila Luzon's elimination on All Stars. Those moments are the FUCKED.

I think Rupaul was actually shocked that Detox sent Alyssa home. Sometimes it comes off like they want him to make a face for editing later on but that reaction seemed genuine. It was my reaction too lol

You could see the wheels turning in DeLa's head; Trixie was beside herself, Shangela (in the confessional) was (without words) "Are you fucking kidding me!" and Kennedy looked as though the floor was giving way underneath her. NONE of them; not the judges, not any of the queens, not even Ru, were prepared for what they witnessed. I think that's what made it so memorable. She knew she was taking a calculated risk, and it paid off for her.

I'm still mad that Alyssa did not make it to final 4 bec. of the BS Rolaskatox ..

Alyssa is just a TRUE class act. She is fierce, polite and shows true sportsqueenship. Charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent like not many other queens have.

The fact that Alyssa was eliminated on the anniversary of her mom's death AND with her sister there is pretty fucked up

If I was RuPaul i would not be able to sleep well after sending Shuga Cain home in an episode she did amazing..

Eureka probably did win that last lip sync, but something about Silky leaving without anything after KILLING 6 lip syncs just doesn’t sit right with me. At least she got to have her Silky lip sync power hour, because that episode belonged to her.

iirc, i think it was bc during the lip sync jade touched rebecca. apparently the lip sync rules were different back then and queens couldn’t touch each other during the lip syncs. l

And the other queen will come back. But at that time it’s the queens decision who they send home

I was literally tearing up when Dela announced herself and was about to walk off…then i hear “not Ben Dela Christ” and I absolutely lost it😂😂😂

I forgot how bad Alyssa's elimination hurt, especially looking back and seeing Roxxy smug smirk that she knew she was safe.
