I let them in for awhile bit of critter chat after allowing remote control of my pc.
They opened Notepad and did the following as we were talking about it fixing the problems they also opened event viewer and said you need to correct many problems some 1114 after doing a search on an id.

Some time before the end of the call they deleted the gotoassist exe file. to cover there tracks.
