Draco safe switch has always been my go to… It’s just… so funny…

Love , the new , goods and bads in the start , it makes more intresting

Fun fact: Ape with Close Combat can win against Wiggles in the 0/0, so that matchup isn't always a done deal, which can make Ape a "surprise factor" safe switch in the current meta--though I do think you still need Shadow Ball, otherwise Azu just wrecks you.

Empoleon is a beast. Gained around 250 Elo to Expert with S-Hypno (IP/FB), Poliwrath and S-Empoleon after having a frustrating first month of the new season.

Great video as always, I always love seeing the team showcases. One video I would really love to start seeing on this channel would be a rundown of the meta before a new cup starts. For example when Master Premier started this week, a video talking about what the meta is usually like and good teams to run for it would be awesome. It'd be nice to know of more potent team options before jumping into a new cup instead of just the one team showcase on the first day.

Jesus that first battle Draco against XL Lickitung had me recoil.

7:25 the moment the ape came in I knew it was Bastiodon. I even suspected it when the Steel ox stayed in vs Empoleon. This exact ABA steel team was everywhere on my climb to Veteran and I just don’t see how people are succeeding with it.

That's exactly the team I was using, but I'm just using Shadow Empoleon. Before that I was using Bastiodon in the lead, but it was so unflexible, an Empoleon is so fun to use it. I thought using Draco Meteor Goodra, but I finally decided to using the regular one. I'm in the 2650s

The team I started running about 5 days ago was goodra lead, snorlax and galarian moltres in the back. Pretty different from the generic teams in the league imo

What are the odds of seeing Steelix nowadays? Very high, if you're me. I've gone up against a bunch recently, plus an Annihilape with ice punch that KO'ed my Gligar, a bunch of Azumarill running hydro pump and a whole lot of other fun stuff. My luck is laughably bad.

@@briank5248 agreed. like it ends up causing the person who closed the app to have even more work. Because next time the load into GBL it errors out and they're reminded of their previous failure. Just top left and move on lol. I guess like the game board example, you still gotta pick up all the pieces, unless you're a complete child, which most likely you are
