Personally, I think Draco's just misunderstood, rather than an evil character. He was born into a bad family, with his father a loyal Death Eater, and his mother too weak to stand up to him. I think this song really suits him. It's really moving, good job!

I won't say he was evil at the beginning, but he surely was a spoiled brat. He bullied everyone and especially those who weren't pure bloods, as he was raised to be a Bloodist. I don't think he would possibly turn soo redeemable if he wasn't forced into being a death eater, because it's only then when he realized that he was nothing like his father. I think only Narcissa and Dumbledore understood him, that man felt bad for Voldemort even at a point knowing how cruel his past was..we can't defend that he was a bully, but we can't straight out call him evil for trying to protect his family..it really shows that he was a Slytherin, the brave Gryffindor Harry could die for others, but he wasn't that brave. He feared death, and his own dad risked his life for his foul loyalty. There can't be a more disheartening point of view.

Draco was an awful charecter throughout the whole series. Yes, the one and only reason for that was his parents bad influence but still he did things that should not be forgotten just because he was portrayed as a victim in the last books
