I love how series 11 was skipped completely. Absolutely nothing of importance happened in series 11 which is pretty bad for a doctor's debut run.

an impressive way of talking about more than 153 episodes of 1 hour each in 15 minutes and still being very fair to the lore. im definetly showing this video to all my friends who tell me they dont have the pacience required to see the whole series lol thanks for that

Harkness wasn't immortal. He just lived a really long time. He was the face of bo and eventually died when he was a giant head in a jar.

I love how Russel T Davis had to come back again just to revive the show 💀 doctor who’s been dead for years. Bringing back David Tennant as well is a major bonus.

The doctor didn’t keep his hand… jack harkness did, and brought it back onto the tardis…. At which point the doctor keeps it so that scientists can’t misuse his DNA

I Love this show and i love the fact that you have to piece everything together and actually fully digest everything in it makes me feel smart to actually understand eveything

Remember when Dr Who was just this fun adventure tv show that had stories in multiple parts that didn't have audience manipulating arcs and didn't have to drag a warehouse of baggage around with it for people to obsess about how everything needed to fit together.

Dr Who was always about appearing from nowhere in the middle of a crisis, with no prejudice and no information, and bringing that crisis to the safest and most peaceful conclusion possible, a skill which we can all practice. When I was a kid, I imagined being a companion. Now, I imagine being the Doctor. Indeed, I remember when the conundrums were moral and ambiguous, the stories deeper than they looked, the allegories charmingly transparent, the silliness apparently somewhat accidental, and the backstory an entertaining deus-ex-machina. The 2005 revival put the back-story in the passenger's seat, which suited my penchant for melodrama and mythology just fine. I was indisposed for the past year and unable to watch and just recently watched Spyfall ... and whatever came after it. Stunned. Chris Chibnall has put the backstory in the driver's seat, and I can barely watch with the staccato direction. I'm not as excited to experience Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror as I was when I saw the title go by last year. Turning the Master's tricks against himself and saving the world at the last minute is not a skill we can all practice, because the Master isn't real. We can all be the Doctor.

No... they don't remember that... didn't you notice? They barely mention the First Doctor, and then jump to the 9th. They *MISSED* all of that completely!

I’ll be honest the timeless child thing feels more like the master just… trying to mess with the doctor

The Doctor must always remember to put all of his important parts in a bottle along with some ink

It’s weird how well their faces line up so well

I love the intro and outro music especially the early ones. I have to say though I've never been able to sit through an entire episode. Every damn time I have tried, from the time I was a child until now, I fall asleep. But in my opinion the fuzzy-headed scarf doctor was the best

Didn't enjoy the Jodie Whitaker version so stopped watching, but back on board again with the return of David Tennant. Thanks for posting this.

ok, so you speak english, but you don't understand the word 'entire' has an beginning, middle and end point, something that may never come to pass for Doctor Who as even if the show goes off the air again, Big Finish, comic books, and long form books will continue the franchise in an official capacity that will deem it canon and thus this can't be the Entire timeline. and no continuity and canon aren't the same thing. the books and big finish don't have to be 1:1 continuity with the show (by jack's beard not even the show follows a iron clad continuity) but everything that is produced with-in legal rights is canon, even if it is happening in a divergent timeline or alt. universe / timeline
