    Yes! I am so happy that you got something out of it. That is called interproximal reduction. I do that frequently when needed to create some space. When more space is needed then we need to start considering taking out teeth. This is all case by case. I am glad you brought this up. Why don't I work on a video discussing this concept :) Im on it

    @@lifetimeorthodontics5520 a video about inter proximal reduction would be very much appreciated! I am sure I will have to have that done to my bottom teeth. I was wondering if it leads to tooth sensitivity or enamel damage? Curious if the etching and attachments would also cause enamel damage? Thank you.

    I'm no dentist but those puffy Tumor like things on the lower jaw don't look normal

    LOL! I wouldn't say normal. It is the bodies response to excessive grinding. Like lifting weights! Our bone becomes dense to support the excessive load placed on it. Those "tumors" are an overgrowth of bone.
