Some people cannot help it due to loss of loved ones in their lives but be negative in grief n need help ... from the higher energies, so build up n help so when u need it, it will be there, is the message per se

The Rockefellers changed the frequency of music to 440hz from earth’s frequency of 432hz.. to purposely mess with our connection to Earth/God/Source.. try looking for music of that frequency.. every little bit helps to raise our vibration ❤

They are frequencies ..there are tables that show the lower vibrations up until the 900-1000hz .. I will try find a link with a table for you..

But I have not found anything out there in how you measure like the frequency of evil as in Hitler or the frequency of Saint Francis which is love how do you actually do it? Was there somebody with a machine how do you measure love love love is a feeling so how is it measured I know there's frequencies I understand that I have meditated to 432 and I think it's 968 MHz I understand that they make certain drawings and things like that but what I can't find is how is this actually measured? Who actually went out there with a machine or a device or a method to measure this that is what I'm talking about maybe that's more clear

What I wish I could have said to the man who pushed me then cursed at me in a grocery store 3 weeks ago- I see your anger. I see your struggle in life. I know your life has been hard and you react to it with hardness. I know you have been surrounded by and practically engulfed in anger, bitterness and negativity and you react with the same. You're on the verge of drowning in it. But it's not too late. Now, it is never ok for someone to put their hands on me. You messed with the wrong guy in the sense that I will not give you the fight you are looking for. Instead I will give you the truth. Your life is not working out very well for you. I urge you to look in the mirror before it is too late. Before you destroy it completely. I wish you all the best.
