The smart scale works with the “Dr Trust Scale Connect” app which is easy to install from the Apple Store or Google play online by turning Bluetooth ON. It syncs all the data from the weighing scale and saves it with the user profile, date, and time. It can save 18 composition metrics of 8 users and is perfect to use by all family members.

How much time does it take to charge for the first time
the app as of now in the google play store is changed to dr trust 360 instead of dr trust scale connect which was written on the user manual. the product looks nice but connecting with the app is problematic. i don't really know if I am doing the right thing.

Can the battery be replaced at the end of its cycle or do we have to buy a new scale after few years?

I had purchased one in the last September and it was working good. Suddenly one day it started showing err msg on screen. I tried in multiple times and the results was same. Some times measurement shows for fraction of seconds and then the error message starts showing. Can you assist me in solving this issue...??
