Mam well said... And pls don't say the word that she is a celebrity? As a woman you should ask her all the questions... Coz if a male questions her? She might easily say what do men know about delivery pain and pressures a female undergoes? So you people should raise questions and stop her... She thinks that as a woman and a mother of a daughter she can take a class on sex education, body boundaries, lactation expert queries etc etc.... And doctor shalini is the right person to question her... And maya's amma is very smart and puts a disclaimer that she is not a professional is all like playing safe to avoid any serious situations... And as doctor shalini says maya's amma is insulting all the professional experts and Its high time that all the new age moms whoever is following her should start unfollowing her and ignore...

Very well said, Dr. Shalini. Paramedics are very important but they should not claim to be experts as there are doctors trained and experienced in each field to guide patients. Nowadays even social media influencers are furthering these trends. As rightly said, infant and maternal mortality have come down because deliveries are happening in hospitals and are being monitored. But these people are misrepresenting medical facts.

She is GOAT

Dr. Shalini is an ace in her field and seldom one can disagree with her views as she bases her arguments on science that are proven and accepted in society. Constant interactions with Dr. Shalini breaks stereotype thoughts and builds logic reasoning within the society. I have a deluge of learnings from all her interviews besides transforming me to a refined person (still in progess) while handling interpersonal relationship. Ms. Kavita Gajendran views are practical and realistic. She is right on her culture comparison. One needs to understand and adapt the culture that are right when raised to have a holistic growth. The touch of inner circle of family meets the physiological needs of any human beings. That's an expression of care, love and acceptance and rgis can't be wrong. By sharing controversial thoughts, one attracts undue attention and becomes a talking the topic in the town. Maya's has achieved the goal! Unfortunately, she failed to understand that negative impact of her interview. Request the anchor to moderate rather than snapping the speaker.
