there is no "full head of hair" and it is disingenuous that the doctor did not correct you when you said that. he can move "or transplant" some hairs but that just moves some of the coverage to another area-it does not INCREASE the amount of hairs on your head. AND you can easily still lose the transplanted hair in a few years. it is all a gamble and you still need to try and improve the scalp heath no matter what, and especially after a procedure.
