This is somewhat relatable to my life, Iam also suffering from PCOD a hormonal imbalance. But we should overcome this problem with few simple steps that is Proper:- Diet, Sleep, Exercise & Yoga 🧘♀️. The main thing we should fallow time to time and be discipline. Go through regular checkups. Stressfree, stay healthy, more over don't even go through depression. It may kills our metal health. Diet:- 1st detoxify your body with juices and natural foods 2nd avoid packaged foods 3rd avoid street foods as well 4th intake vit. D i.e. Sunrise between 7 to 10 early morning about 30 minutes. 😊❤

I also faced PCOD issues , I over came now I have one great son. Don't worry about PCODs problem. We can over come with the good exercise.
