Love the polish tiled floors on first floor. First floor is beautiful second floor a little gaudy. All in all a beautiful home and love that pool.

That is not an infinity pool.....it is a regular pool (from the distance it hard to see the edge at the far end)...

This is a smaller home, but the location is in the Center of all the attractions Central Florida has to offer. Absolutely gorgeous home! Interior design, beautiful! I love, love, love the floors throughout the first floor and the arch way leading into the main part of the home from the front door. Everything is stunning! The master bedroom, wow! (Just wish there was a tub). The game room is nice but I don't like the colors chosen for the beams etc. Doesn't seem to fit the rest of the house. bedrooms beautiful. And of course the pool and lake - awesome. I would want to buy THIS house exactly as it is, furniture and all. Great video! Stay safe and healthy! Now I'm going to watch your video again! Thanks.

This isn't the biggest home, but the way it is laid out, there's no wasted space and the interior design is fantastic, the pool on the lake, some colors are definitely over the top. Nice nice house. I am looking for waterside, waterfront with walk out finished basement. Family of 5 and I homeschool my kids. Hubby works inside the house too. Need home office, need classroom for kids, would like pool w/ spa for my hubby & I and movie room/home gym are perfect too.

Homes were so much more affordable back in 2019! I wish we were still in that market so everyone can afford a home. This was a model and was sold for $800k, it's more in the $1.2-$1.3 range because of location.

I know! , it's a much smaller home compared to those in other areas, this home would be $500-$600 in any other areas. But this is in Dr. Phillips, so the location is what really makes it pricey.

Access to an oversized balcony is a nice touch ......But, at a Price point above $800k how in the hell do you exclude a tub in the master...DUMB!!!
