Dr. Phil is on her butt! How can a mother just give up? Idc if I didn't have custody, I would have called, emailed, snail mail, social media, etc. Even if my daughter thought I was psychotic, when she got older she would have known I exhausted every avenue to see her.

I would never ever ever give up on my kids! EVER!

Wow just WOW!! First of all. . .courts usually side with the mother, they would only take your kids away like that if you did something really terrible or gave up. She comes across as a person who runs away as soon as things get a bit difficult.

I may have believed she did everything she could and was just sucked completely dry were it not for the fact that she was smirking the whole time she said it, and smirking afterwards as well. Yeah I don't get the impression she cared that much at all. Especially given how quick she was to try and bail again.

I think the Mom was a weak person to begin with and had no support from anywhere. I think even if she had fought she would NEVER gotten custody. Both the courts and the father were against her. The mother was never in a position to help or protect her children. At this point she doesn't know them, they do not know her. She makes an easy target but I don't think it is helpful.

My ex gf let her new husband beat my 7yo daughter for years (in a far away town), when I found out it took 2 yrs of court battles and CYPs cases to get her out of there so her nanny could raise her, she's now 25 and has grown to be a lovely and caring mother to her own children, I'm so proud of her. 😥

Especially when the courts and the narcissitic person especially the child welfare system who is not about creating a healthy family system dynamic they want a win they want there incentive and if those children were placed with both of them that would lose that incentive so of course the family court system get money from the government and they get that incentive as well and so yes they want there to be a victim they want there to be a separate party because they want to be able to put down that there is somebody that is not doing what they're supposed to be doing which in as a result they will give them more money because then they have asked that other person to pay child support which that's the title ivd is set up so that they can be reimbursed for all the money is spent which actually in the long run then there's no money spent because the moms actually paying back the money and so they're getting the extra whatever they make her pay so the family court system is set up to destroy one parent they are not about family unity and also if they're going to keep dragging this child through the court system that is also their responsibility to acknowledge the unhealthy Dynamic right away in the parents that most likely narcissistic Psychopathic dark Triad carrying parents and if this woman had no support because she possibly came from a narcissistic family herself that's why she got into this relationship with this narcissist then she had no support and this guy knew that and so he would he could continue to drug everyone through the mud and there was going to be any positive outlook on this situation because the court system is not set up for families that is set up for money so this woman is going to be destroyed no matter what and so why should she lose herself completely it's up to the system as well to understand these things it's yes we can find our asses off I experienced the same thing as this woman I will tell you 100% that studies have been done over and over about the brain and how it is wired and what these kinds of situations the stress that it causes on them and it is debilitating and you do have to step back and take time to recover from that and reevaluate it and see where you can come out in a different aspect because no you can't just keep running into traffic and expect a different result when literally no one's there to stop the traffic for you we can look at this woman all day long and judge her looks and everything but you have to understand yes she had her child but she also is a human being herself and so offer her some Grace that's what we need to offer these people instead of completely judging them right off the bat I will tell you I hurt my daughter because I allowed something similar but at the same time if I were to know that she was being neglected or that she was suffering abuse then I could gain her proof I could gain that as proof so then I could have the system help me but there was no other way because I was going up against powerful tribe when I was one person so yes you do have to sometimes wait until they do have a voice and they can express themselves instead of expecting the court system to understand your family Dynamic and what you've gone through unless you unless you have proof and especially if he was the one that had money and she didn't have that then absolutely this woman was going to lose and she was going to lose it all and what would that daughter have when she came back and that is why literally that woman had recently killed herself when her daughter was taken by the hospital I mean these things happen in order to maintain a healthy brain which is in control of everything that we have is she had to she had to back off for a while because you can't keep hanging yourself against the wall I mean call me call me crazy call me a shity mother but but the family court system needs to fight for the victims as well as well as the parents as well as the unhealthy parent any parent no matter what is still a f****** parent so offer them assistance give them all the full support you can not just judge them not just show the courts that yeah you want to get the Big W and want to get the win
