The Reason Why Corn Syrup is used a lot Is Because its Much Cheaper To Get a Hold of Then it is Real Sugar
The ingredients for Japan are Carbonated drinking water, corn syrup with high fructose content, colorant (Carmel ), aorma, acidifying agent (citric acid ), preservative ( sodium benzoate ), caffeine
I just got back from Tokyo and 100% agree that Japan Dr Pepper is pretty close to US but not quite. To me it's a bit milder of a drink. It's worth noting that the Japan can advertises 20 ingredients whereas the US cans advertise 23. I also brought several of those cans home. They do have the more common Dr Pepper can (slightly darker color) as well, but the neon lights one was all over the vending machines.

Hey, I have a question for Dr Pepper if you know this. Which company owned Dr Pepper in Japan? I'm trying to find an answer, but there is not a clear one.

Dr Pepper still owns it in Japan, but there are different distributors for it, primarily Coca-Cola.
is it easy for you to find dr pepper real sugar where you are?

Guy in video is wrong, it has hfcs in the Japanese one, same as American version.
I just came back from Japan and Dr Pepper Japan is the best. Real sugar but not as much as the US bottles with sugar. This is how it should taste
