You can, just make sure to only get 8oz at each time. Blending creates the process of sugar to form. I have to blend my vegetables and fruits and I've been type 1 diabetic for over 44 plus yrs now. My stomach has neuropathy now and won't push certain foods or protein through so blending helps me a lot. I eat pescatarian keto diet and I do fat flushes twice a yr. It helps me feel better at 50 yrs young. Be well and be blessed ❤🙏

You don’t need fiber if you go carnivore. It naturally slides right out. The fiber mostly just bulks it all up and makes it stay there.

I followed the instructions carefully and ended up with two cups of broth. Not nearly enough to follow the three day plan.
