Having received my Bachelor’s degree from Al Kasr Alainy School of Medicine in 2013, I began my residency at the Behman Psychiatric Hospital and completed the Arab Board Fellowship in General Adult Psychiatry in 2017, achieving a specialty in Psychiatry.
With his main specialty being general adult psychiatry, his expertise falls with cases such as depression, anxiety, bipolar affective disorders and personality disorders. He uses a combined approach of psychopharmacology in tandem with a cognitive behavioral therapeutic model. He works with age groups starting from adolescents and above.
Dr. Salah has been providing further mental health support for the refugee communities present in Cairo, especially to survivors of both physical and sexual trauma over the past few years.
