For people who have a problem with paying ... It is expanding the kingdom. God has no need for money or sacrifice, yet he demands tithe or we are robbing God. Its a thanks offering! Think of it as an investment to expand the kingdom and for Sid to bless more people by sharing more and more exciting guests.

We are called into a direct relationship with the Son of God. That relationship, trusting Jesus as Lord, is how we are brought into God's Eternal Covenant. Upon that faith, we trust Scripture, because it is God speaking. We trust God, and God alone, as God. Sounds crazy, right? No one else can hold up that trust, aside from God Himself. He puts His Law on our hearts, and renews our spirit. Can a man do that? No...and so hope for life, is living, when in the true God. It is dead, when in men.

Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized in the name of Paul?

I loved Sids' testimony & reading of Isaiah 53, but I think we need "two or three witnesses" and my mind was shouting to Sid to read out Psalm 22, which describes in detail: "they pierced my hands and my feet,"etc., and even the very words Jesus cried from the cross are in verse one. I reckon even that Jewish Rabbi would have to consider Jesus, were Psalm 22 read out along with Isa. 53. ( Lovely to learn about his dad getting saved isnt it!) I think too, people must be "patient toward all men," as Scripture tells us, look at the Apostle Paul, when he was against Christianity, he was murdering Christians left and right and chasing them even into foreign cities, having them tortured to compel them to blaspheme. \Jesus loved him and stopped him in his tracks and called him to himself. No one should be judgmental toward a Jew (Rabbi or otherwise), because they are taught their unbelief toward Jesus. Jesus loves the Jews-they are his kin-folk according to the flesh (though they must receive His salvation of course.)

There are so many mistakes and twists of the actual reality made by the Jewish converts. As a Jew (my family is ethnically Jewish) who was born and raised in a converted family to Christianity, and then left to return to Torah Judaism - I know what Christianity is about. I also did not leave Christianity without a thorough education of their core beliefs. Ex. Read and studied the NT completely and studied Koine Greek.

A man had to re-wire his house so he looked up information on the internet, he studied for himself, his wife told him to hire an electrician as he's an expert on electrical work but the man said No I've read the information I don't need an electrician, he re-wired the house and blew himself up. If the Rabbi's dedicated their lives to the Torah then its correct to ask them for guidance.

+wayne gilroy The problem with your analogy is your turning God into a profession. And in this profession the electricians don't have opposite opinions on how to do things and in the end everybody is right. But that is the way Rabbinic Judaism works. And as far as I know people become Rabbis because they couldn't get a job in the private sector and they get tax free status by the IRS. I'm sorry to wake you up but there are not doing it all out of some sacrifice. In fact sometimes the opposite it is a way they can support a wife and children.

***** Oy Vey. We Jews how our own brainwashed. Who are 100% ruled by emotions and afraid of anything outside their group because of scare tactics. The fact is Rabbis have given advice to Jews that have led to their demise, their death, and the death of their families. Rabbis told Jews to stay in Russia before it became a communist state and Jews that listened to Rabbis they were spiritually destroyed. In Europe as well that told people don't do to that traif (impure) country known as the USA. And again if you followed the Rabbis advice did it lead to God protecting you. The answer is no! That is just one of many examples and it would be like trusting a engineering group who had house after house collapse but just ignores the history of this engineering group and that telling everyone you have to listen to them. That is being ruled by emotion and illogic. Just reading it as well shows their lack of even wanting to think and wanting the Rabbi to think for them and then passively waiting for a Messiah as if the Rabbi had such good ideas why would you be passively waiting for a messiah to save you. It is amazing how much some Jews don't even realize their mentality has been influenced by religions around them and yet they hate those other religions that they are imitating which it is sad the Rabbis and sages find plagiarism ok.

  • @alk158

***** And on top of this that this person has no gender of picture and tells people follow the male sage (who as stated above Jews have listened to sages and had their lives ruined while those who didn't listen saved themselves). Maybe the person is himself or herself a Rabbi or the wife of a Rabbi and just helping his cause. Ok.

  • @alk158

    @alk158

***** I'm sorry. Moses was not a sage. He was a prophet. God chose him because he cared about his people not because he was a "sage". The fact you tie Rabbis to Moses (and compare them to our Patriarchs and our prophets who were not picked because of their intelligence) shows how you are not thinking in an honest way. Modern Israel was not founded by Rabbis and in fact even right wing leaders like Menachim Begin didn't make his decisions based on what a Rabbi told him and Israel wouldn't exist today if the leaders just did what the Rabbis said . And what about Europe and Russia. You are ignoring recent history. Rabbis told people to stay in these countries and by listening to the Rabbis they ended up being murdered as did their families and in Russia weren't allowed to practice their religion. You should open your eyes and see for yourself. Moses was not a "sage", Your focus on intelligence above everything else shows your arrogance. And if your version of events were true then why would God allow Jews to perish who listened to Rabbis and those who didn't listen to the Rabbis were able to save themselves.

  • @alk158

+754848455 001254 So basically you only listen to someone who calls himself "Orthodox". You realize this term is not even a Jewish term. Christians have their Orthodox Churches in Greece and Russia and they are no better then any other church. You are going to have to rewrite history to make sure every bad thing that happened was because people didn't listen to Rabbis. Even many Orthodox admit that the Rabbis have made mistakes. And history shows that God has not protected a Jew just because they listened to a Rabbi. If you know nothing about history that you are nothing but a brainwashed fool. Also where is YOUR SOURCE that Moses was a Rabbi. God calls Moses a prophet and when Moses died God said that there would never be a prophet like Moses. To call Moses a Rabbi seems to be a downgrade so Rabbis can claim they are like Moses. Also the torah was able to be understood which is why God gave it to the Jewish people to a whole not to some Rabbis because they were super smart. Deutoronomy 17:8 mentions when you should go to the Levite Priest or a Judge when there was a case that was baffling. It didn't ask Jews to give their brain over to some self appointed leader to micro mange everything they do which only the immoral would need someone else to tell them everything is ok and then feel guilty about it.

Aquilla Braxton , sister, May I speak and you not be offended, if you are offended you will not hear what I am going to say. It is the Father who spoke in in Rev.1:8, the Father the one true God is the only one referred to in the complete revelation of his spirit as he who is, who always was, and who will always be, the Almighty. John 1:1 the "word" is not a person it is a spoken idea, an expression of God's thought, a speech that is a divine utterance, not Jesus of Nazerth. The word (God's express thought, his plan and predetermined purpose) became flesh, came into realization, fruition, it was brought to pass. The word became flesh in a figure of speech, for Jesus said, that which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of spirit is spirit. If the word (God's spoken plan) literally became a human being, a flesh and blood body, it was not spirit, and hence not God. God is a Spirit.. Also sister, if the Word (God's spoken plan) became flesh and blood literally, then God died on a cross in at the place of the skull, and God remained dead for 3 days. God is eternal, so this could not be so. Jn.8:58 Jesus is not saying, I am that I am ( ego eimi ho on) *I AM WHO IS ALWAYS EXISTING *, but he said, " I am " (ego eimi) *I AM HE*, the prophsied Messiah is the reference in context he is identifying himself with, not the only True eternal God. In Exodus the true God says, I AM THAT I AM (Ehyeh ashar Ehyeh) *WHO IS, WHO ALWAYS WAS, AND WHO WILL ALWAYS BE*, God did not say "I AM" has sent you, he said, YAHWEH (he which is, he which always was, and he who will always be) has sent you, it is second person form of Ehyeh ashar Ehyeh, and does not mean "I AM" ( is, exist) *I AM HE* in present tense.... For Jesus to of made the same claim he would of had to say, *ego eimi ho on* which is the Greek translation of Ehyeh ashar Ehyeh, and it's only translation, ego eimi only is a affirmation Jesus made as the promised Messiah which has now been manifested. God bless sister, I hope you can see (understand) and hear (adhear to) what has been communicated, blessings a peace, and grow in knowledge and truth.

Paul explains that the new covenant is based on the promise God made to Abraham as well as the covenant He made with him. The covenant-promise was made generations before the first covenant with Abraham's descendants (Israel), which was a shadow. And the new covenant was made with Abraham's descendants (Abraham is the father of all those who lived by faith). But there is no where that the tithe which Abraham gave was said to be based on the law which didn't exist yet, and his children do alike.

If God said "bring a choice fruit to wave" and the Jews need a collective answer as to what fruit is that, then they are just "collectivists" and not libertarians. Because if God says to bring a Choice Fruit, then it should be a personal relationship to God for each man , to decide, "What is a choice fruit in your mind, and that is what God wants " And so to bring all sorts of gifts to God as Choice Fruits, would defy the Jewish idea of their "collective" And that is their way.

Why is there such a rise in theologians and pastors and teachers debating each other as if they are running for office? I find this breads self righteousness and is not of God. It is good to understand their perspectives but the platforms being used are very political like and God is not a politician. I wouldn't be surprised if many people decide to go the Catholic Church just to escape this confusion because there is no cohesion in the protestant community and gap is widening with all of these debates. Confusion is not of God and the participants in these debates are not only breading confusion and self righteousness but are neglecting to see how all of this can and is affecting the community.

We can, i suggest, gather knowledge by only using our five senses and thinking about what these five senses discover [learn] for us! So, it makes no whiff of diff even if god exists. This proves that one can accept god or say one believes in god and that the bible is his word, ONLY on basis of a guess; no other thinking required; especially not the thinking that stems from what we experience; ie, what our five senses tell us. Nevertheless what i said above, it is still ok by me to believe in god; however, only if such a believer rejects all 'holy' books! The danger and harm does not come or doesn't have to come from god. It comes from books; comprising trillions of theories and thousands of serious contradictions.

What does Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Solomon all have in common ? They all met God and saw God appearing as a man, who was face to face with them, and yet God spared their life. What do the Jews, the "Men of Judah" have in common with these who have seen God Twice ? Nothing, Nothing , Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing. The Jews never seen Nothing, The Men of Judah have never seen God, they have no Relationship to Yahweh God whatsoever, they are Idols, Man Made Idols.

That's what your religious view may be but certainly not the truth of God's Word. The Quran contradicts scripture and the truth of the gospel.Islam limits Jesus to "just" a prophet, when scripture reveals He is the eternal Son of God, The Word, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Righteous Branch, True Vine, First & Last, Beginning & the End, Lamb of God, Resurrection & the Life, the Bread from Heaven, the Fountain of Life, Arm of the Lord, the Great "I AM". Shall I continue?

Adam or Eve were the first creation made from dust. Jesus was conceived (Word of God incarnate) supernaturally and born of a women, yet He existed eternally before He was revealed as the man, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus is God, the eternal Word made flesh. There is no other like Him, no other compares. He is born of a virgin, raised from the dead, to never die again and ascends bodily into heaven where He is exalted as Lord and the source of eternal life. Whoever calls on Jesus, confess Jesus as Lord, believing God the Father raised Him up from the dead, will be saved. Jesus save me, have mercy on me!

+791isaiah The Word (fullness of God) became flesh, yes. That's not MY interpretation that is what God has testified concerning His Son. read John 1:1-3, 14 and here is another scripture “Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin...and the virgin's name was Mary And coming in, he said to her, "Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you."...The angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary; for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus(Yeshua) Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I am a virgin?" The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God...For nothing will be impossible with God."” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭1:26, 28, 30-31, 34-35, 37‬ ‭

Amen to that! He is God all be himself! Peter obeyed what Jesus taught: Acts 2:38 KJV. The Samaritans received what Jesus taught: Acts 8:12-17; The Gentiles were commanded to obey what Jesus taught: Acts 10:44-48 KJV. The apostle Paul re-baptized them because of what Jesus taught: Acts 19:1-7 KJV. The apostles didn't omit St. Matthew 28:19 KJV, they just obeyed the only thing that Jesus told them to do, and so will them who is identified with 1st Peter 2:9-10 KJV, the Bride of Jesus Christ.

So, if Jesus is not from David he cannot be Mashiach. Simple as that. By the way, we Jews believe in Ruach Hakodesh (divine presence), the problem is in the Christian translations, it makes everything impossible to be coherent. For example, Baptism is Mikveh and prior of Holidays and Shabbat is imperative that every Jew go to a Mikveh and immerse and pray. Notice that Jesus did that prior of going to Jerusalem, prior to Hoshana Rabbah (7th day of Sukkot, wiki what is Sukkot).

Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation [Yeshua].

Ge 22:8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together. Not in torah, but confirms just the same. Ps 2:7 "¶ I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. {the decree: or, for a decree} 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 10 ¶ Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him."

Question should be: what is a Messiah? Some say Messiah means anointed king of Israel. Some say Messiah is someone who saves from sins. Some say Messiah is equivalent to Greek title of christ (an anointed God in a series of other god in a methodology). From your comment I guess this is what you believe. Some says Messiah (christ) is the surname of Jesus. I don't know where they get this from. But what is messiah to you? We need to define Messiah before believing in him.

France Filiault , again another opinion. It is a fact that the Catholic Church is the oldest church on earth going back to the time of Christ, they claim Peter was the first bishop of the Church, what you are calling "Christianity" in pretty sure is a set of theological beliefs started mainly by two men Martin Luther of the reformation and John Calvin a forerunner of Baptist theology.
