The greatest approach to IVF is to act like a woman who conceived naturally,in most cases they go about their business after intercourse without any worry..They do everything normal as if nothing is happening until they feel off and suddenly decide to do pregnancy test..I think worry and anxiety is the reason for unsuccessful IVF procedure.. Finally stop watching testimonies of I v f failure...That will pollute your mind,Act and convince yourself that you are pregnant,rub your belly and speak your baby into existence.All the best to all TTC mommies to be❤️

Hello doctor, my name is jennifer. i have question regarding synarel nasal spray. Is synarel can be used after embryo transfer? My doctor still let me continue this medication even after embryo transfer and she told me to stop it after positive pregnancy test on the 14 days after embryo transfer. There is no strict bed rest that i advise. Moderation is the key. one can use stairs to the minimum. You can go for walks but brisk walk / gymming or any other strenous activity or too much bending at home should be avoided.

Yes it is always desirable to start on antioxidants before Embryo transfer and also focus on your diet , try to reduce weight and maintain BMI. Most importantly dont start your journey with fear but with optimism.

I have the same thing as well. This is my 4th ivf cycle and this time I took some supplements before I started this cycle. I had spoken to Dr. Martin from Australia. Taking ovance and rpm increased my amh. Im on my 9th day of my menopur now. Hoping for good egg harvest if God permits🙏😘
