I spent so many hours playing this game as a child. It was like my red gameboy was guled to my hands.

Finally no tas video just effort and talent by a player

If Dr Mario ran a casino, he'd throw you out for being too damn good. Wow. I wanted to see what beating level 20 looks like, since that one melts my brain. I cannot believe that your reward for beating the game is more suffering.

This music sounds like someone taking a GEMS sound driver from the Mega Drive and shoving it up a SNES, mainly that title theme.

i think this is fake af cuz from 14:10 onwards he makes lot of moves that dont make sense, like not clearing the very top middle yellow (highest threat) and instead attack some random other yellow way deeper. It would make sense, IF he knew that yellow red was coming, so the red part doesnt get in his way. Later he proceeds to put a pill right below the pillspawner just so he has to casually hyperclick all incoming pills out of the way. Its like he has all the time in the world to think about his play. Why would he risk all of it for such moves, it takes him 15 minutes to get to this point...

So many text dude. Do you know about nerves, about misclicks? My gameplay is not perfect and I hate to watch it too. But I can easily do this again and again because I'm more experienced player now. This is just the first successful attempt to record this and when you do something hard for the first time it's always stressful.

If you want you can visit my Twitch and I will interrupt my Dodonpachi Daioujou practice and play Dr. Mario on SNES special for you. Now I'm really dissapointed I've uploaded this run just because your post.
