Fun Fact: Dr. Wario was a minigame on the original WarioWare, Inc. Mega Microgames. The Wario reskin of Dr. Mario by DiamondPhoenix is pretty much based on that game.

Dr. Luigi is very well made. It even altered the Level 20 High speed ending.

Dr. Pinkie is just one of several examples of a fandom taking its beloved franchise too far (i.e. putting MLP ponies in absolutely _everything_ under the sun, regardless of how well they actually fit). Likewise, the fact that there are, not one, but _two_ clones featuring "Bowsette" (with the only difference between them being a change of colour), complete with "-ette" versions of the viruses, is one of many examples of people taking a silly meme too far. I like the NES adaptations of Dr. Luigi and Dr. Wario, though, and that Amiga clone is weirdly funny.

I don't normally compliment Spectrum ZX games, but… they _nailed_ their take on _Dr. Mario!_ The gameplay is perfect and the soundtrack, though original, is _very_ good for the system! There's also _another_ clone for MS-DOS. It's CGA. I don't remember its name, though…

4:07 Blue virus looks more like odd radish.

I played the Bowsette and Boosette ones, and all the cutscene sprites are changed out. Even changes the context of the ending for a funny twist. The virus -ettes are pretty cute too.

the Atari 8-bit family is a Home Brew not a clone.

The Atari ST One sound a bit like one of the games from Action 52; Time Warp Tickers!

The song for Time Warp Tickers was taken from a program on the Atari ST called Music Studio. The original composer is Ed Bogas and he made most of the music for that program, so, it's stolen like most of the other music on Action 52.

In reality, it is an SG-1000 game, but marketed for Master System (or Gam*Boy/Aladdin Boy, as the Master System is called in South Korea). However, it may need the extra RAM the Master System has, or on an original SG-1000, a 8KB RAM adaptor (usually made by Aaronix, DahJee, or Jumbo.)

ZX Spectrum was a most popular home computer in ex-USSR before than IBM PC. Because IBM PC was an very expensive, but Speccy clone you can made yourself, if you have a blueprint from Soviet magazine "Radio", solder unit, straight hands and smart head.))

WHY ISN'T THERE A TONY TONY CHOPPER ROM HACK?! They did Pinkie Pie, but my boi Chopper would be perfect.

Out of all the clones and ROM hacks, Dr. Luigi looks and plays the most like an official Nintendo game... You know, ... Because Nintendo made Dr. Luigi during the Year of Luigi and making an NES version of it seems like something Nintendo would have done to complement the modern version.

I wish there is a dr. Amigo family clinic version.

I thought the start to the Atari ST version was the Teletext version at first.
