I enjoyed your video.. so nice to see research about the evolution of library services & librarians here on KZread. Colleagues and I have an interest in reference and instruction across virtual platforms such as Second Life or OpenSim supporting courses offered in these environments. At UC Davis we have a couple of courses that benefits from a virtual librarian in the online learning campus (Moodle), as well as Second Life where some of the lectures and field trips take place...
