The day is June 22nd 2022, at exactly 11:00am Eastern Standard time. I’m rushing to the bathroom after consuming a late breakfast meal consisting of coffee, a banana, and an egg sandwich with several vegetables and cheeses. I enter the bathroom to use the toilet to relieve myself. The relief I feel turns into horror when I realize that I forgot to buy toilet paper on my last trip to the grocery store. As I remain seated atop the remains of my breakfast, I call my mother to provide me with a fresh roll of toilet paper with utter shame.

For me it is average life...death of the human form...transforming into something more...letting go if the relics of that old life...becoming a god...growing tired of humanity...leaving earth...this theme help me get over a hard breakup in which i lost 85pounds and entered the best shape of my life

Dude literally went to Mars cuz he wanted to be alone. Casually says, "Yea I'm leaving the galaxy, cya". The range of possibilities, phenomena and wonders there for this man to witness in the eternity of his existence makes me envious, even if it's fiction lol. I rarely feel such chills just from imagining a character's existence.

I always thought his backstory scene was like an emotional gut punch. The score accents it perfectly. Especially when he says “That picture is the only one of me that anyone has.” Or how certain systems in his body keep trying to manifest themselves at different parts of the lab but can’t do it at first.

If you really think about it, Dr. Manhattan attends his friends' funerals in the future as he’s talking to them in the present. Another crazy thought is him walking around the planet long after mankind and animals have become extinct.

It's not just the slowing down but the perfect rate in which I slowed it to allow all of the various and subtle sounds be heard with it sounding warped or muffled

I made it slower and ai changed the pitch...and I made sure not to make it to slow taking away from the overall emotional effect it strikes...when I created this version and posted it ..I posted it for the sole purpose of having it available for my personal use in my surround sound system...it was for me...this particular musical score and scene from the movie watchmen got me through be a hard time...I watched that scene over and over...so the score was special to me...I had no idea so many other people felt exactly the same way... like exactly...read the comments...there is a general consensus as to the emotional effect of this score...and what I realized...is that it's not for everybody...only people who connected to that scene from the movie watchmen will be able to appreciate this...

Epic edition? ahhaha, this crap's just slowed down by 0.75 and pretty much ruined it
