Wow! She's amazing! She proved to the world how high intelligent she was and still is. She should be part of history lesson schools
It was my great honor to be long involved in her medical care along with her wonderful husband Ira. They spoke with great pride of their grandson Andre, seen on this video as an adult. I knew they were both mathematicians, but they NEVER spoke of her great achievements. I only learned of that much later online. They were both very elegant, soft spoken and kind humble persons. God bless them both.
Forget the school system, educate yourself and teach your kids about black history. They don't teach these in schools today

Hallelujah to Jesus! The West family are very Proud and we thank God for all of her Accomplishments and Acknowledgements.
This makes us proud as a people!!
Conservatives should be proud that this is even part of American history instead of omitting it, and should be touted as part of their message.
What an amazing woman with an equally amazing mind.
She's one of many black Americans that made awesome contributions to the world. GPS discovery is as big and important as personal phone are globally.
