6% bf with 20 inch bicep measurements (20 gotta be ego talking) but you'll probably be fighting just to keep conciseness doing anything and you'll just be hungry all the time. I once cut to from 16 - 14 % body fat to 8 percent once and chose never to do it again. Felt like I could eat a Horse 24/7, I was tired constantly, I couldn't sleep well, felt winded after half a hour into my gym sessions, and I just felt like shit. I cant imagine how you'd feel at 6 percent BF. Hell your organs might even be close to shutting down at any given moment
