No. 184 is really heartwarming. Dr. Cox willingly thrown away his ego in front of the boss he dislike, to safe a patient he dislike. His dedication as a doctor is beyond amazing.

The janitor didn't add anything to the show. He ruined it imo. He wasn't the least bit interesting or funny.

Dr. Cox is probably.. Yeah, no, DEFINITELY the best thing about scrubs, but the best thing is that everyone else is great at their roles too. Hell, i'd go so far as to say that with the right casting just about any show that would ordinarily be a steaming pile can basically turn into something truly amazing.

The front of the hospital johnny was just a strip attached to the robe. He had his shirt on underneath. All he had to do was slip off the robe and put on the cap and coat. You never need to see his pants or the robe on the floor.
