Amen! What an awesome blessing to receive such a powerful word from Bishop Showell who I grew up with at First Apostolic Faith Church. Bishop Winfield married me and my husband 46 years ago. Sang on the Echoneers Young Adult Choir. Oh the memories flooding my heart. My heartfelt love to Bishop Carolyn who I always admired and to the family that I lovingly remember.

@Sky Bartley Wow. I can help you. If you really want to know what GOD’s will is you’ll receive the truth when it’s presented to you. 1st. Those are not just Paul’s words because he goes on in verse 37 to say that they are the commandments of The Lord. 2Tim 3:16 says “ALL” scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: Also in 1Tim 2:12 Paul says But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. Then tells us in verses 13 & 14 why women can’t teach or have authority over men. He points back to the creation, showing us GOD’s intended order. 2nd. The missing books of the Bible are books that were written during the time when GOD was not speaking to man. The time between Malichai & Matthew. They were called the silent years. Meaning they are not inspired scriptures. 3rd the devil is a deceiver. He knows the Word and is gifted, which is why many are fooled into thinking that something that looks, sounds and even feels good is of GOD, when it’s really not. Please read for yourself. Remember what Jesus said. Matthew 24:4 KJVS [4] And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. Make sure whatever you hear lines up with the Word of GOD, no matter who says it. Even me

@@TriciaRP We know there are so many that refuse to adhere to scriptural teachings, Bible principles and living up to God’s standards as put forth in His Word the Bible, hence the reason the church is in the chaotic mess it is in...turned into “Synagogue of Satan”. Everybody want to do things according their own set of rules and on their own terms...applying worldly knowledge to Scriptural matters🤦🏾‍♀️. The arrogance, the lack of humility and the disrespect for God and his Word the Bible is astounding! Then when you point it out, it’s blasphemy, heresy on our part. But we have to allow scriptures to speak, if they take the time to read the scriptures and see if what is being pointed out is true or not. Instead of peering into God’s Word, it is much easier to say the truth being imparted is wrong🤷🏾‍♀️. We may not always be able to reason with some folks. When they are not open to the truth or don’t want to see the truth, God will not avail them of the truth. He allows them to believe the lies until they fall on the sword, if it is not too late. The rise and fall of these so call “spiritual leaders” and their houses of worship are proof positive that God is cleaning house. Just ask the Jews back in the Old Testament times. See where and what disobedience got them?...DESTRUCTION. How many warnings did they receive before God took decisive action? To tell you the truth, so many are being deceived and mislead and they don’t even know it and frankly they can’t even see it. Satan has the blinders on tight. That’s why the Broad road is FULL and many are on it and so FEW on that narrow road leading to everlasting life. The very ones they would never suspect to deceive them, are the very ones sent and being used as Satan’s minions. Satan is cunningly deceptive. The eloquent speeches, skillful oratory, fancy titles and the cliques, the singing and the dancing, the tickling of the ears...is lulling the people to sleep so they can’t see, so the Devil could blind them to the truth. No wisdom or ability to discern. So anything that sounds good, make them feel good and feel spiritually uplifted at any given moment is what they ride on and will have quickly been forgotten when they leave the building, the auditorium, the sanctuary, the conventions, the coliseums with a few $$ less than they arrived with and fond memories until the next week or the next time...that’s it!! NOTHING ELSE..no lessons, no skills or strategies or tactics on how to fight off Satan and the devices and snares he has used and continue to use and will continue to use to keep them entrapped and enslaved and in bondage to the desires of the flesh, and a slave to SIN. NOTHING about How to prepare spiritually for end times or the great tribulation...NOTHING. Again all they come away with was a soul stirring, emotionally uplifting speech sprinkled with some scriptures, THAT’S IT. Hence 💎Matthew 7:13, 14. Many are in for a rude awaking and if the state and the condition of our churches are not a clue or a wakeup call, then there is nothing we can do outside of the grace and mercy of God. PS: I will not respond to anyone coming at me about this posting. I said what I needed to say. People need to stop allowing themselves to be deceived and spoon fed lies, false teachings by these false prophets/charlatans, wolves in sheep’s clothing disguised as educated, eloquent speakers, with titles and degrees behind their names prophesying and professing to be “men and/or women of the cloth” well versed in scriptures (Satan knows and can quote scriptures better than anyone so don’t be fooled) giving wonderful, soaring oratories but fail to not only preach but TEACH and provide their congregants with the tools and knowledge on how to mount a defense against the many attacks of Satan, to fight Satan and all the devices and tactics he uses to keep people in bondage trapped in sin. No wonder so many are shipwreck in their faith..shipwreck and bankrupt morally and spiritually and fleeing the churches in droves, some not even entering to begin with. #Witchcraft #Witches #Warlocks infiltrate the sanctuary. Satan manages to send the people who come to church simply to hear God’s word, sincere Christians needing help to build strong faith and Christians who want to become the kind of Christians God and his Son would be pleased and proud of, running in the opposite direction. They become discouraged and sent packing...running as far away from God and his Son Jesus Christ and mind you, not running in search of the unadulterated truth written in God’s Word, but totally away from God and his teaching. And certainly not towards acquiring the wisdom, knowledge and the discernment necessary to stay clear of these charlatans and their lies and deceptions, but towards having nothing to do with Church or God or Christ. Satan accomplishes his purpose. So any attack launched as to my posting you can keep it. I will not be responding. All I will say is “God bless you.” The deception is REAL people! The deception is real! More so now than every as the time of the end draws near.

I easily watch this sermon once a month. It’s brilliant, understandable, and was convicting and a reminder that he’ll always be right by our side no matter what our situations are.
