I can't wait to retire. It ain't even about work because there ain't none, really. Corporate America 🇺🇸 is literally a daycare center for adults with whtes running Everything. A nonsensical day filled with unnecessary meetings and social interactions where you have to pretend to go along to get along. If by chance there is a blk manager, best believe there is a whte they report to. It's them followed by the groups they actually like: Asians, Hispanics, even native Africans. Anything but black Americans. Smh! 😶

These people are going to work you twice as hard and pay you $10000 to $20000 less than your White peers and tell you to be thankful. It's best to work a chill job and invest in enterprise software companies. Economic envy is real in corporate. At least a robber will show the gun, corporate will hand you a pen and paper and pat you on the back after robbing you in a suit and tie.

This interview was beyond phenomenal, you guys made so many valid points, its definitely not racism its nepotism to the 10th power, but whats sad is, (something they won't teach or ever mention) is when they set foot off that Mayflower, the native people who this world misnomer as black folk, helped streamlined those people coming over here, only to get stabbed in the back, we are the reason they got their Independence to set up corporations on our land, theyre supposed to roll out the red carpet, any time they do business with us, its only a matter of time, for the Universe to bring back a comprehensive balance, and I see it more privalent now, because alot of people are removing dogmatic religion and bullsh.. history we were taught. Once again we need more conversation like this, our main objective is understanding what a data furnisher is, understanding Zombie Debt, to put ourselves at a headstart holistically with our credit profiles first, joining corporate America after graduating college should be a no no, using those tools you obtained in college or university, partnered with having excellent credit, to create your own institution is 🗝️

We are the indigenous of America and if more of our people understood this, 1, we wouldn’t call ourselves blacks but, 2, we would take pride in ourselves as Americans and we would find commonality in that so as to foster participation and cooperation with each other. We could have a real communal identity around our indigenous American Indian roots if more of our people wake up to who they are by nature and not nurture, for we have been sucking at the teet of the beast, or sworn enemy.

So my question to black men. Why are you not building and creating for your wives as a collective? Every races of men build and create for their race. This is a genuine question. Black men appear content with the living situations since they made us feel comfortable in their distorted racist system. Black men, thoughts…. Also all celebrities like Kanye are under severe hypnosis and mind control, he’s incapable of thinking like you or I on building and creating for black communities. That’s what fame does. We need to stop including celebrities in our conversations. They’re an illusion and too individualistic. We need to start thinking Us and We, they everyday hardworking people. There’s more of us and less of them. So black men, why aren’t we competing with other races as other races compete with men of other races from where their from….

Many blk men are too comfortable in this system especially well to do blk men, Keep in mind that many of these men value proximity to whiteness, but last but not least... Slavery took away our inability to do for ourselves and the fear of being sabotaged as well. I admit it frustrates me daily, that we're not being meaningful infrastructures to hire our people and seeing how so many blk men are too content in this matrix

I'm sorry but I do not know who you are? So how have you contributed to the growth and progress for black women? Maybe just the few you've dated perhaps. Your comment is the problem. ONLY the black man will say on a wm platform the following "I have improved black women's whole life and still got drama"...A Latino, Asian, Indian, European man would not say that and if so, not categorize all of their races of women in one category but I digress. That delusion of a mindset is what the issues is. Somehow we've derailed from the question that I iniitally asked. Why are black men as a collective not building nor creating, if not for their races of women, for each other? As much ego and arrogance that you'll have under the Wpower structure who you fear to address, I'm shocked that 97.9% of black men on earth, are in full compliance to a system that emasculates you'll hourly, and despises your existence. Every other races of men, build, create and send money back home to improve and foster a culture of growth, unity and prosperity. Not black men. It appears, BM would rather run to KZread and complain about BW, rant about their problems and blame it on BW. Last time I checked, other races of women are now complaining about the same BM we complain about. Quite frankly, I dont have a BM problem. I just don't understand why BM are exempt from working hard like other races and building for their race, you'll are really sitting at home, in this climate, unemployed, waiting for the WM to hand you a job instead of uniting with other black men to build and create your own system. Stay on topic, BW have absolutely nothing to do with the lazy mindsets of many black men across the globe. This is a Global Black Cultural Epidemic that needs to me addressed. You'll can sugarcoat it, add your twist, point fingers & play the blame game, whatever helps you sleep best at night. I will speak it like its depicted for the world to see in Realtime. @@lordoffaiyum9727

I agree with the concept. Unfortunately, as Black people, we have tried it in the form of Black Wallstreet Tulsa Ok., Ocoee, Fl., Mound Bayou, Ms., Forsythe County Georgia, Pierce County Nebraska, Elaine, Arkansas, etc. In modern times, we had white flight, gentrification, the subprime loan debacle and now nuisance abatement injunctions. When we mobilize as a people, we get attacked by our own government and despotic whites. So the real question that needs to be addressed is what do we do when our own country who we are Citizens of and pay taxes to, take those resources and use them to our detriment???

Once again Dr. Boyce, you are right. I stay working in corporate America did not care about moving up. All I wanted to do was create side businesses so I can control some form of my life and it gave me purpose. It gave me a skill set. It gave me responsibility and it also gave me integrity that corporate America cannot give me well. They could give it to me but it would just be too much competition and I don't know if they would but I what I do know is that I can go open up in LLC and create a business that's in demand or create a business that has a niche in any field in any industry. I can't wait for corporate America to give me the okay or to give me their sample of approval. I may never get it and that's the scary part is that if you put too much stock into these jobs you may never get that still of approval. And what does that do to yourself? Esteem I think not. I'm not going to beg and fight for promotions . I will let the other people overwork themselves, make pennies and get taxed on top of it. Oh and by the way they don't get weekends off or holidays a lot of times so have fun with that 😉

I only disagree that corporate America affects men more... I have been in corporate America for 25.5 years and I can speak from experience, as I am still in it, that women are more affected. Then on top of going home to the every day life stress of parenting and adulting which adds to it. But I agree with all else.

The Bible said to be fruitful and multiply. Even if a person does not believe or know what’s in a Bible, being fruitful and multiply happens Wh time, energy and money are utilized wisely. Whatever is for the betterment of the human race, evolves into greater and greatest. That has been throughout since the beginning of time. My son has lyrics that says “step your games up”. When the games are positive, the steps will be positive. One step at a time makes that so. Giving up is not an option. Thanks for reading my comments. Smiles

Dr. Boyce should use laymen’s terms along side his normal vernacular so as to get the message across on all levels. He is saying nothing wrong but also some things he says may go over some peoples heads and those very people could still be of great value if they were able to understand. Because he clearly isn’t talking about separation from the less disable pockets of our race.

The whole interview he was using layman’s terms and slang. How low do you want him to go? Plus keep in mind the lower he goes the further he gets away from having his message valued by those who value education and being well spoken. He’s in the middle in this video.
