I have read her book, I have her book, she has presented the case with evidence and she is absolutely, 100 right on this subject . Future of Pakistan is extremely bleak, Pakistan living beyond its means, military is too large , can’t pay its bills.

In my opinion army shouldn’t feel so insecure from writers who have critical opinions about thier businesses. They should respond it with logic instead of harassing. Such measures can’t suppress such voices in this era of social media. In fact she is more popular now. May be she is biased against army or has reactive behaviour because of the treatment she is getting from forces now.

I haven’t read her book and couldn’t get the main logic or reason she has against army doing businesses.

Rename Pakistan Army. There used to be another very similar organisation called East India Company. They too were a profit orientated very large business, with lots of armed men, and a country to exploit. Let us show hands. Who is for the name change?
