Despite that Rev. Eastwood recanted and clarified his position, still he was wrong to downplay what Christ has done, born again as well as appealing to something outside the word of God. Well Spoken. My problem is people ignorantly type anything without searching for the full message. A preacher is making reference of how Christians have become lazy and how other religious bodies are growing in faith and commitment. You cut a small portion of it to make news. Being Born Again does not end at 'believing in our heart and confession with our mouth'. Christians have stop bible studies, personal prayers, fasting and doing the work of Christ. Rather, they give the impression of 'joining church and behaving like church people' and that's the reason our churches are full of people who don't have any idea what it means to be born again. To become a member of The body of Christ, one must Repent toward God, believe in Jesus in other to appropriate his work of Redemption, and get Baptised in water,and finally Receive holy spirit baptism.

2. Pastor Eastwood Anaba. I perceived that in our generation, so many Christians don't know the Word. They don't study the Word. talk less of reasoning with the scriptures. They have developed itchy ears, as the Bible says- desiring to hear only that which pleases them. Many of us didn't grasp the point the Pastor was making. I also have to admit, the Pastor didn't explain his point in such a way that'll eliminate any ambiguity or room for misinterpretation. THIS IS WHAT THE PASTOR WAS SAYING. 1. To start with, salvation doesn't come by confessing Christ alone, if so demons will gain entrance to heaven for the scriptures states that they not only confess Christ but also shudder with great trepidation because they've seen him in His glory. Salvation comes by CONFESSING Christ and OBEYING Christ AND HIS WORD! 2. The Pastor wasn't playing down the finished work of Christ. He presented his case without supporting his thesis with the scriptures that actually support what He's saying. He spoke as one who's appealing rather than speaking authoritatively. The commitment, devotion and sacrifice of a devout muslim is enviable when compared to the way of life of so called Christians today! What he was saying as an appeal to God, i will say affirmatively according to the scriptures. It leads to this question- Will a non Christian make Heaven according to the scriptures, the answer is YES. Before you crucify me, let me explain myself in my last response to this debacle!

Which church are true according to the Bible in this world? Because many churches are not true according to this scriptures, Matthew 7:21-23,Roman's 10;1-3,2Corintians 11:12-15,2thimoty 4:3-4,2Peter 2:1-3,and what is Christmas, Goodfriday and Easter according to the Bible??

The Gospel is either you want to hit it or stay on the side , Dr Damila is fully ready to hit it in regardless to who like it or not. But he is raising another generation. Why? Another dimension of God is about to emerge differently from what the so called fathers of faith knows, not bc they did not try but bc it's another phase.

I just viewed this video clip and I'd give 3 responses to it. First Rev Duncan Williams. Before you arrive at righteous judgment, one has to know what really happened. What did the Rev initially say that warranted him to apologise? Without knowing this, you'll be judging him out of context. The actions of the Reverend suggest he's seeking peace which the Bible admonishes us to not only seek and pursue but to manifest in speech and in deed. God doesn't judge actions alone, he considers the motive and intent behind it. This Reverend is knowledgeable and knows that there's only one God and his Son Jesus Christ. So the question we should be asking ourselves is why did he utter that prayer '"In the name of Allah"......? What was his motive? Apostle Paul preached against circumcision in the flesh after an individual has accepted Christ but when instructed Timothy to circumcise himself so as to be acceptable to the Jews and remove any stumbling block from preaching the gospel of Christ amongst his fellow countrymen (Acts.16:3). His reason was justifiable before God. Lets not be "BABES IN REASONING" which many Christians are today but be mature- not being quick to judge but quick to listen as the scriptures stipulates (Jam.1:19). The mature don't judge by what they see or hear, they judge by righteous judgement.(John.7:24) Righteous judgement includes understanding the motive, and the intent which a thing was said and done, understanding the context and understanding why a thing was said and done. Then and only then will you arrive at righteous judgement and emulate Jesus and His father who art in Heaven.

God has no Arabic name but only one name which is Christ Jesus. Whichever country you may go to or language spoken, Jesus remains Jesus and His identity doesn't need any translation. Philippians 2:9-11 “Therefore God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of those in heaven, those on earth and those under the earth and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of God the Father.”
