I think the person that sings that part "i'm sitting where you sat down.." is actually Mito talking to that girl cause after that he says" he's looking for something meaningless" it's like Mito is angry telling her you came to my life and changed everything and now you left and ian is feeling empty..

Yes that's CL and there is a song of her called "5star" which produced by DPR team and Ian starred in its music video . They connected that with so beautiful some scenes are the same like jungle etc

I smiled throughout this whole thing and see myself in u so much when it comes to ur love of Ian and wanting to show him to others. It's literally so pure and beautiful to see admiration and respect u have for him especially after being able to interview him. Also yes that is CL, Ian was in her mv called 5stars around the same time as well so that explains why they did 3 things together kind of (Ian being in CL’s 5stars mv, cl being in Ian’s so beautiful mv and cl being on Ian’s song no blueberries)

I'm so excited for RJ to be delving into the MITOverse. This video went by so fast, but I think it's because Christian's art has so many intriguing aspects. I've heard all these songs but can't believe that it will be the first time seeing some of these MVs (so more brain overload, which i gladly accept). I can't wait for part 2!!!

Omg you remind me so much of myself getting my friends into dpr! He’s such a talented artist and an AMAZING live performer, can’t wait to see the interview! After finding out I have bipolar disorder too his music resonates so much more and I’m so glad more people are getting into him 💜

I do think you can hear Mito in nervous in the "I'm getting a little nervous, I'm getting to the surface" part, you can hear the lower pitched(? voice. And it kinda makes sense because Ian is kinda losing his mind and getting extremely vulnerable and that might be a trigger for Mito to take over to kinda "take the pain away"? idk if it makes sense, English is not my first language😭

This was brilliant to see and again revisit favs while someone goes down the Ian rabbit hole. ❤🎉

So this is my interpretation of Nerves and it relates to So Beautiful, at least to me. But before that, I did see an interview that Jre did with Ian where he talked about Nerves and how it's actually real emotions because like the way people have photographic memories he can bring out his emotional ones. I feel like this is why we can see how vulnerable it is. I wont go through the whole song, but there are a few lines that stood out to me. "It tore me down to pieces, she'll never know" Usually when people sing about or talk about heartbreak, they use words like they're broken or brokenhearted or shattered or in pieces and that's like metaphors to us. But what if the pieces are referring to his alters. Now to clarify for those who don't know, D.I.D starts during childhood because of childhood trauma. But for the mv storyline sake, he's using heartbreak as a metaphor. "So you came around my house And you left your marks with your fingertips I'm sitting where you sat down And now he's looking for something meaningless" So this is for both Mito and Ian. So I interpret this as showing the dissociation between memories and who is fronting at the time. Saying that "you left your marks with your fingertips" is like saying I, who is represented by Ian remember when you (the person he had a relationship with) was here and what happened. That also in a way shows the influence that memory has on him because with fingertips we can think of fingerprints, imprints, impressions on the mind. Then we have the line "And now he's looking for something meaningless" means that it switches to Mito, who might not have that memory because he didn't have that experience at time. Or it could be the other way around. "I'm getting, getting little nervous (Nervous) I'm getting, getting to the surface (Surface)" Water is present in the So Beautiful mv when Ian climbs out of a tub or something and also in the scene where he's pushed into a pool and it then shows that he's drowning. Also when Mito appears it's literally raining in the room with him and it's dark and cold at the same time. So there are different things that the water could represent (this is about So Beautiful but I will link that to Nerves in a bit) 1. A person's subconscious. It's like if someone is underwater and someone in a boat is saying something to them, they can't hear them. It's like if i say something to someone and they reply to me in their minds, obviously I don't know what they are saying. 2. And this links up to water or drowning in water which can represent a traumatic event that happened. It doesn't mean this is exactly what happened, just there for storyline purposes. 3. When Ian emerges and then Mito takes over, it's raining in the room because Mito is the trauma holder. Since water is 'trauma' then rain has that same role at least in that setting. You mentioned that smile that Mito had. I remembered Ian saying that Mito is his guardian and he's the one who knows how to take a lot of sh*t. So with regards to "I'm getting, getting to the surface" with the repeats of the word 'getting' it shows that it's really hard to get over trauma and coming to the surface means facing the real world, facing your fears. Since I also mentioned that water could also represent the subconscious, then either Ian could be hiding in his subsconscious and trying to get out but he has anxiety about it. And in moments of him dipping into his manic lows (whatever the causes) that's usually when Mito shows up. "He's getting a little nervous She's getting to the surface" From "I'm getting, getting nervous" to "He's getting a little nervous" shows there is an acknowledgment of both Ian and Mito and what they've experienced with regards to that past relationship and how it's affecting them." With regards to "She's getting to the surface." brings about water as the subsconscious again where 'she' resides as a memory. It could be a memory that he remembers but it's hard to talk about or a repressed memory that he could be trying to remember (all storyline wise).

So i have always been fascinating with this topic. Many doctors back than did not believe it was a real thing. But i believed.

He once said in an interview that the story unfolds, an fallen angel to become a demon but his storyline the opposite the demon goes up to the heaven and becomes an angel + Like as you said when he is smiley and goofy it's just adorable and seeing him happy and we truly hope it for him as he is so humble and kind person and when I see you introducing him to others that what i want cuz he deserves and his art deserves to be known + 29:08 I love this part Like looking at the camera without doing anything but it's still meaningful like you can feel the emptiness in his soul.. I love when you even react after you saw it before but that's it that you can't get enough from and every time you see it it attaches you more

You have unblocked my need to want to know the interpretation of some songs, for example in the Nerves song, I interpret that he speaks and sings to the girl he fell in love with, he had a relationship with her, but the identity changes They were present as well as the mood changes, when he stopped being Ian he became Mito and that in a certain way was what worried Ian, although deep down, with the phrase "he loved you" it seems to me that Ian said at a concert that that phrase meant that both he and Ian and Mito loved her. So I interpreted the song in this way, that both Ian and Mito said a few words about their entire experience, that's why it seems as if they are answering each other. You remind me a lot of me, when a friend saw the video for "Don't go insane" I said this is my moment, I remember that I started to tell her some things about this wonderful man, I showed her his videos and she was delighted, we talked a lot about the plot and it was great, it was beautiful to know that she would be a dreamers.

Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. This was my 1st watch and listen. I think i liked both songs. I will relisten. The 1st MV was disturbing. I may actually like the songs more without the visuals. i am an empath and an artist so i really feel the other artist art strongly. He gives me Jackson Wang vibes. Also his tone changes remind me of Suga. Dissociative Disorder is really complicated. It takes years and a lot of therapy to understand ur own mind and what happened. But not everyone can deal with trauma without splintering. Sigh. This is his mind's way to protect himself. Eventually he will be one again when he heals and finds his answers but in the meantime there is a lot of reflection. I think if i remember right RM listens to his music. Love u.
