Agenda Item 2 - Draft Delta Cyanobacteria Harmful Algal Blooms Strategy Presentations and Discussion (Information Item)

a. Introduction to CHABs. Dr. Mine Berg, Environmental Science Associates, will provide an overview and introduction to cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms (CHABs) in the Delta.
b. Collaboration and Data Gaps. Tricia Lee, Delta Science Program, will discuss knowledge gaps for collaboration and data in CHABs monitoring.
c. Goals, Objectives, and Recommendations. Dr. Ellen Preece, Department of Water Resources, will provide the goals, objectives, and recommendations for the CHABs monitoring strategy.
d. Next Steps. Tricia Lee, Delta Science Program, will discuss next steps for the Delta CHABs monitoring strategy.
e. Discussion. Dr. Windham-Myers will facilitate a discussion on the draft strategy.
Agenda Item 3 - Announcements (Information Item)
Delta Stewardship Council staff will provide Delta Science Program updates and workgroup members will be able to share relevant updates.
Agenda Item 4 - General Public Comment
Comments during the general public comment period should be limited to matters that are not on the agenda.
