I think international laws and human rights conventions don't apply to these actions. Global colonial community and their bankers used Afghan people in their war theatre for 40 years. These international laws / bodies and press are quite on these human rights violations is crime against humanity. Their mistreatment is so inhumane and clearly shows the occult nature of global management. Taliban silence on the subject is gross negligence.
If Pakistan hadn't permitted their entry without documentation, many of them might not have survived the bombings in Afghan cities by the Soviets and Americans. Pakistan generously provided them with shelter and food. Presently, four million Afghan individuals reside legally in Pakistan with proper documentation, while those without documents are returning to their home countries.

If Pakistani eastablishment hadn't provided American Military with Pakistani bases for bombing Afghnaistan in exchange for Dollars at first place. Neither Afghans would have felt the need to seek refuge, nor Millions of innocent Pakistanis would have died as a result of American Drones.
