Dozens Dead From Flooding In Pakistan And Afghanistan
Dozens have died, crops were lost, and more than 2,000 homes were damaged or destroyed due to deadly floods around Pakistan's Peshawar and in Afghanistan's Farah Province. The flooding follows an unusually mild winter.

They overspend on weapons but don’t take care of their civilians
It is tragic that lives have been lost again to flooding, but I never ceases to amaze me, that after centuries of anual flooding causing devastation, no one seems to improove the local situation for themselves. No we'll just wait for the Government nt to do anything again!
