In this video we will be doing a small tour of downtown watkinsville! An area here in Oconee which is also very near downtown, Athens! Lot's of very nice shops, boutiques! We'll also be showing some new areas being constructed! Let's dive in!

Hi! Thank you for covering this gem of a neighborhood. It’s tough finding anything on Watkinsville as it is so small. Could you kindly do a Real Estate Market Update and cover Watkinsville in it?
I visited Wire Park on a recent (APR 2024) visit to Athens. I saw apartments and/or townhouses going up opposite that bandstand area. But for a town that size, I was really suprised at the heavy volume if traffic passing thru town. I saw semi trailers and even log trucks passing thru downtown. Not sure I'd live there having to travel in heavy traffic to get to Athens every day.

Hi, I will be in Athens to see my son at UGA. Can i take a bus from Atlanta Airport?, Do I need to rent a car to be in Athens or there is bikes to rent?

There is a bus that runs from the Atlanta airport to UGA multiple times a day. I would look that schedule up online. As far as bikes, I am not sure there are bikes to rent, I would recommend a car if you are planning on going around more than downtown Athens
