Downtown Ocean Spring, MS Walking and driving tour
Hello,
My name is Jennifer Thomas I'm a local Realtor I work all along the MS Gulf Coast from Waveland all the way to Ocean Springs. In this video we took a walk around the downtown area of Ocean Springs to give you a upfront and personal tour! We drove along Front beach which is the street the downtown Ocean Springs beach is on. Downtown Ocean Springs has annual festivals such as Peter Anderson festival, Crusin the Coast, and Jeepin the Coast. It's dog friendly, and has 24 dog friendly restaurants. Every Saturday they have a farmers market. You will see people walking, biking, and riding their golf carts. The schools are among the best in the state of Mississippi they currently rate number 6 in the state.

Cj I was in Ocean Springs Ms. In 2022 doing a pageant there and it reminded me of Rocport,Texas. I live in Corous Christi,Texas. It it right across the bridge from Biloxi,Ms.

I personally haven’t met anyone who has moved yet due to wanting to leave Mississippi, however I’m sure that happens! The people I encounter leaving the state are military or having to relocate due to a job transfer.
