Downtown Nashua NH walking tour - Sidewalk Cafes & street scenes - Nashua, New Hampshire

Come! Take a walk down Main Street in beautiful downtown Nashua, New Hampshire! See many people enjoying a beautiful Autumn evening at the sidewalk restaurants and cafes. The independent New Hampshire spirit is alive and well here as we see an entire downtown filled with independent small businesses that excel at delivering a hand-crafted experience for each person who visits. Nashua is a stone's throw from the Massachusetts border and is a popular place to live for people who commute to Boston for work.
If you are looking to move to New Hampshire, I'm happy to help. Feel free to reach me at 603/995/1545 or kinkadenh (@) gmail.com. What a beautiful town! I came to see if there were a video such as yours because I'm thinking of moving there. I'm retired and no income tax so my pensiosn won't be taxed and apparently no sales tax either. My daughter moved to Maine nearby. Not only is it beautiful but the sidewalks are in such great repair and accessible. I'm power chair reliant and I could see myself rolling down these streets enjoying the scenery and shopping. Wow, this ups the interest big time. Thank you.

Thank you for this video. I spent my childhood there, it's amazing to see that not much has changed since the 20+ years I've been gone.

Yup, Downtown Nashua Main St is quite lovely...But take a walk up and down both sides of Woodlawn Cemetery West Hollis St and Kinsley St and it becomes quite evident that the Mayor and NPW dont give a damn about how the streets and sidewalks look or what condition they are in..I may make a video hi lighting the dalapitaded crappy conditions in these areas. Both are major arteries into and out of Nashua and are disgraceful and an insult to citizens/taxpayers. Also those damn ugly Jersy barriers up and down Main St have got to go.

You make some solid points and it would be irresponsible for the city leadership to ignore them. As with any city, there are going to be places that urgently need work. Nashua is a complex city and managing it must be a nightmare. I don't know they keep all the plates spinning at City Hall. We can all agree that if we were king/queen that there are things we'd do differently but there's no magic wand to wave that will solve all the challenges any city faces. You can only focus on a finite number of issues at any given time. The more you take on, the less effective you become. Community activism is necessary to bring attention to issues like these. I'm glad you spoke up and hope that others are paying attention. Cheers! -Dave

Yes - nearby an abandoned private building has had profanity in the form of graffiti for two years, at least. I alerted an official city department, they said it wasn't their department and they would not be able to pass anything on. So, going around the round about to my $1650 a month rental (old and drafty without proper closet space) I get to see "F You" each time. The sidewalk was atrocious, they are finally cleaning it up, but they leave it to the owners and it's abandoned. It's an odd set-up and very depressing in some areas, some near where you mentioned. A furnished studio with 24/7 concierge in London was more modern, efficient and quality and was less expensive than what you get here. It's sad.

New Hampshire's beautiful but the hospital's blow chunks they got their nose is way too far up in the air. They will deny you medical help.
