This video I give you a tour of an apartment in Downtown Bellevue. I start the video with a quick intro to Bellevue and a look at the city in February 2022. Stick around cause then I go over an apartment that I actually didn't like too much. Watch to find out why and let me know what you think.
I usually make Seattle apartment tour videos, but in a poll you guys voted to see a Bellevue apartment. Know that even if I wasn't a fan of the unit I toured, the complex I toured and Bellevue in general certainly have many more nice apartments.

As you were walking through the building, it reminded me of a hotel/motel. Agree with you on so many points. I don't think you were harsh - you were spot on! Definitely NO to carpeting Glass top stoves are the worst The racks in the bedroom closet are oddly placed Hope you enjoying the cherry blossoms - they are gorgeous right now!

Thanks for the change of pace going to Bellevue! I've never been there, it looks so clean. My favorite part of the apartment was the kitchen and countertops (the stovetop was a minus). I love your videos, they are honest and sincere.

I can do that next time! And I’m glad you liked it. I don’t usually go to Bellevue so I wanted to show some of the surrounding area
How would you compare living in Bellevue downtown as to Seattle downtown?

I would say, downtown Seattle has more to do and see, plus it's a very walkable city so you can get pretty much anywhere downtown within 20 minutes. Bellevue, is quieter but also much cleaner and has less crime. Bellevue also tends to attrack a slightly older crowd than Seattle. Most people in Bellevue are homeowners and are thinking of raising families. Personally, I like living in Seattle better, although that is mostly becaues I love looking at the architecture and having easy access to different restaurants and cafes. But also, both cities are relatively close to each other so you can live in one, and visit the other as often as you want. Hope that helps!

Bellevue downtown is essentially one giant sterile upscale shopping mall. Depending on how you look at it, it can be either good (safe, clean, quiet, walkable-ish) or bad (pricey, boring).
Can anybody tell me...how can we get apartment in Bellevue WA for newer??and how to book it????

I reccomend using apartmentlist.com it's a really helpful site. It will help you get into contact with apartments you are interested in
A dim room, a gray day, no view and carpets 🧐 Not a particularly flashy showing compared to the previous tours. A positive, it is situated in Bellevue.
