As a big fan of the series, this was like looking at some family's video album of a reunion and everyone runs into everyone they haven't seen in a while and you meet their spouses , the music really added to that effect. Very nicely done.

Yes it was, I've been watching them again.. SO GREAT. Maggie Smith's one liners are Hysterical , she's brilliant 😂 Julian Fellows is believed to be contemplating another series Maybe he's been watching at home too..? I keep my fingers crossed it's true . Take care 🌷

Спасибо. Очень интересно. Зацепился за сериал абсолютно случайно , увидев имя Элизабет Макговерн. Её отлично запомнил и полюбил с 80-х. " Окно спальни" , "Однажды в Америке". Очаровала. Первая серия , вторая , ..... Первый сезон , второй , .... Опомнился , закончив смотреть 6-й сезон. Пересматриваю частенько , наслаждаясь ИГРОЙ АКТЁРОВ. Спасибо ещё раз. С уважением , Новосибирск.

Такой чудесный фильм, можно смотреть бесконечно. Актёры все без исключения талантливы. Если в других фильмах вижу актёров из аббатство Даунтон с удовольствием смотрю тот фильм.

I wondered about everything I had read about Michelle Dockery. I couldn't find anything reliable that would tell me what happened with her "partner" other than that she did have one. I'm very sorry if that is the truth, but it explains a lot of what I did read. Thanks!

Lauren Victoria I just love Penelope Wilton and to find out that the two of them have gotten together is SO great. I have seen him in several other things and he is just wonderful on the screen. I just watched him tonight on an episode of “Foyle’s War” which is one of my favorites. He was in another episodic show where he played a military officer, if I remember correctly. And of course Penelope Wilton is one of England’s great treasures. I am so glad that Downton Abbey gave those of us in America a chance to see and get to know her exceptional talent.

Edith and andy and isobel and molesley? That’s a lot of upstairs downstairs matches going on.... never would have thought of that... phyliss logan resembles emma thompson in some of her pics...

I just love Lady Edith and Andy the footman, and now to find out that they (Laura Carmichael, just love her work!!! She is so beautiful) have gotten together is pretty neat. One of the most romantic things I’ve ever seen in a show is when “Andy” picks up “Daisy’s” lock of hair to keep. *sigh!*. What a great bit to add in. I don’t know if Julian Fellowes wrote it in (I think he did) or the Michael Fox or the director did, but whoever did it, it was charming and truly memorable.

I don't remember what character Tom Cullen played in Downton Abbey, however, I know his wife and one of my favorite actresses who did a series shown in BBCAmerica called Orphan Black she was fantastic my favorite clone was Helena "seestra" Tatiana Maslany. Hope to see something like it on BBC I wish the series never ended, I absolutely loved it, just like I loved Downton Abbey these are shows that you can't get enough of.

Tatiana Maslany is AMAZING. I honestly felt like each of those characters was a completely different person. So hard to believe one person could play them all. I think I liked Sarah the best, although Helena was one of those you hate until you love her.

I love the theme music. Does anybody know it's name or who performs it?

Love looking at the photographs Mr Mosley and The footman Did very well for themselves 👍 Would of been much better for me personally, cut the music Have a voice over.. a little information. I.e, their families & projects they're doing now.. (Pre-Pandemic.) I've read recently, Julien Fellows since being in Lockdown Is contemplating another series He maybe watching the old ones on TV now.. thinking How GREAT it truly was.. And bring those characters back to life for us . The movie was a Box Office Hit
