Our Richmond episode opens with our hosts visiting Fort Boonesborough for an in depth tour of the historic encampment, followed by Kyle sampling local craft beers from Dreaming Creek Brewery. Carrie visits Lake Reba for a fishing bait 101 session as well as a paddle with a friend from Get Outside Kentucky to learn about accessibility and recreation on the lake. After a stop at Richmond’s iconic Apollo Pizza Carrie and Kyle meet up at scenic Chenault Vineyards where Kyle has toured the vines and tried the wines (and cupcakes) from a family dating back to the Boone era.
